Please note this hotel is a virtual hotel. There is no front desk, and all information is transmitted prior to arrival for codes to access rooms. If you have zero wifi connection and did not print out your information, you could be left in a tough situation as I was. But, once in the room was great, super easy access to public transport and nearby sights. I wish I could stay here again.

The reception was not welcoming with rude staff, unable to speak english and not interested in resolving any queries. Breakfast was expensive at €16. One of the beds had a sheet covered in black mould, under the bed there was even flip flop from previous guests (together with empty bottles and food). We requested to see a single room in order to better accommodate my mother but the receptionist told she was unable to leave the reception alone (however when we check out there was nobody at reception). The room was quiet and didn't get external noise, however at 7am the sink/shower started to make loud bubbling noise (probably somebody having a shower and the pipes were badly installed) this lasted for at least 30 minutes (on and off). We took later on another hotel (Centro Hotel Esplanade) which was far superior with a similar price. I would not recommend this hotel.

The hotel offers a huge discount (70%) or something, and so I thought it should be a nice one. No parking place around the hotel and it is so hard to maneuver around it. The staff that greeted me... looks like being depressed. The facility is almost none and the lift is so small, that it cannot contain a full family of 4. The hotel does not provide toothbrush and there is a welcome drink (a bottle of mineral water) at a cost of 4€. The room smells like cigarette even though we already booked for a non-smoking room. It has a weird shape and not enough plugs for 2 people who want to charge their phone. The shower hanger is also broken.

Incorrect address, the hotel name was different than on Agoda. Confirmation email was missing self check in link and instructions as well. Rude staff! And we didn't get the same room as in reservation. Finally, there were people partying all the night till 2 am and at the morning the was kids shouting in the next park! The worst experience ever, I don't recommend
