It’s one of the best Hotels I stays. Staff are really courteous and helpful. Location is little further from down town but it’s 2 minute away from Tram. I always enjoy staying here with the amazing hospitality.

Location: a little far from city but with tram stop right in front of the hote. Foods: Buffet breakfast is not bad, bar tenders are friendly. Attraction: Since it was a business trip, only managed to visit the cathedral, it's amazing. Room size: Good. Conclusion: Over all it's not bad for business stay.

This is very nice hotel. Clean and functional. The hotel is a little way out of the main city and there isn't much to do in the surrounding area. The tram (Line number 1) is a 2 min walk from the hotel providing easy access to the main city. I liked being away from the main city this time as being on a business trip the peaceful surroundings ensured that I had wind down time. Breakfast is OK. Functional. Costs 20 Euros. Limited hot selection- so if a full cooked breakfast is your thing this isn't the place for you. However had a great selection of cereals, breads, meat and cheese. The restaurant for evening meals is nice. Has a selection of Italian dishes and the food is good

I liked this hotel because the rooms are well furnished, sound proof and clean. It is far to the city center but very close to public transport. Staff is kind. In the rooms there is not wireless but cable internet that should be free of charge but I never used it. Something negative? Maybe they could buy new tv but it is not important for me.

the service was what you can expect from this kind of hotel. room and bathroom were nice and clean. but there is no free wifi in the room, you can only connect thru cable. you can reach the city center easily with tram.

Hotel con todas las comodides, habitacion muy bien decorada y espaciosa. El desayuno muy completo y excelente calidad - precio. El unico pero que le pongo es el precio del Parking, es excesivo.

หากเดินทางด้วยรถไฟมาเช็คอิน คงจะไม่ค่อยสะดวกเพราะต้องลากกระเป๋าเดินไกล ควรจะนั่งแท๊กซี่ แต่ถ้าจะเดินทางไปที่ต่างๆไม่มีสัมภาระก็สะดวกดี ใกล้สถานีรถไฟ โรงแรมใหม่ สะอาด หรูหรา มีความปลอดภัย ไกลจากกลางเมือง เงียบสงบ มีสวนสาธารณะใกล้ๆ แต่ไม่ค่อยเหมาะกับการมาพักเพื่อดูงานใน messe เพราะไกลเกินไป

Ich habe nur eine Beanstandung. Die Zimmertemperatur ließ sich nicht erhöhen.
