The room is big, big enough that the bed looks so small. Should have order a double bed. Its easy access to the tourist spot. The only thing disturb me is the interior, reminds me of a hospital, nevertheless we had a good experience with the hotel.

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The staff came across as quite arrogant and unhelpful. We had to wait for 30 minutes just to check in, which felt unnecessary and frustrating. When we politely asked if we could be checked in sooner, we were told that one staff member was dealing with an issue and the other had to solve it before attending to us. This excuse felt dismissive and poorly managed. To make matters worse, we found a used lube bottle under the bed, which was completely unacceptable and unhygienic. The beds were the most uncomfortable we have ever slept in, making it hard to get any restful sleep. Its clear the hotel is understaffed and the employees are overworked, which unfortunately reflects in their unfriendly attitude. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel and would suggest looking elsewhere for a more comfortable and respectful experience.

I was here with for the ITB Tourism Convention. Location was perfect. All hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and the breakfast is delicious

I arrived on the Friday evening and was very well received. I had no issues with the staff and the room was comfortable, clean and spacious. The location was excellent and close to many shops and had easy access to public transportation. I did have an issue with intermittent connectivity and had to sit close to bar to do my week in the mornings. I did encounter an issue when I stayed an extra day due to the strike, I was not given another bottle of water as I was told that it was the same room although it was a new booking. This might sound insignificant, but it is the small things that differentiates you form the rest. I would most definitely recommend the hotel.

They took extra 220 euros for no readon and says that nothing is register even though they took it by card just for no reason as a deposit and I showed them that and now it is gone !!! This hotel is scam !

“Expected more for the price”
Although the hotel was clean, and the staff very friendly and helpful, I did not feel this hotel meets the price. The rooms are a good size, but rather dated, and without the facility to make hot drinks. There was no information given on check in/or in the rooms about how to contact reception, or what is available for guests (eg a kettle/iron) which would have been helpful. The cleaning staff also walked into my room one morning, without knocking, despite there being the "do not disturb" sign on the door.
