Zoologischergarten駅から徒歩10分弱・地下鉄Ernst-Reuter-Platz駅からは徒歩３分ほどで、アクセスはなかなか良かったです。近くにスーパーなどは見当たらなかったので、必要なものがある場合はZoo駅の近くで調達したほうが良いかも。 水回りの水捌けが悪い点だけは気になりましたが、それ以外は特に可もなく不可もなくといったところ。 クーラーは備え付けられていないので、夏季にある程度暑いのは覚悟しておいたほうが良いかもしれません。 （私は中庭向きの部屋でそこまで日当たりが良くない部屋だったせいか、日中３０度越えの日でしたがそこまで寝苦しくはありませんでした。）

Stayed in the middle of the week. Not so crowded. Nice and welcoming staff, spacious and clean room (stayed in 423). All facilities are working, no complaints. Also as bonus is great location. Happy with my stay at this hotel.

I really like this location ,plenty of restaurants around the neighbourhood. The rooms are clean and functional. The staff are very nice and helpful and courteous. Overall I had very Pleasant stay. We will stay here again.

I contacted the hotel to cancel my extended stay due to the pandemic and travel restrictions placed on Americans. They wouldn’t even respond and charged me the full amount.

I stayed for 3 days and also will be coming back again after my euro trip. Its just that i left my cable at hotel room and wish to get a reply from the hotel via my email. So that when i come back i can get back my cable. Overall hotel is clean, comfortable and value for money.

Great hotel, we were very satisfied. The room was big and really quiet. Breakfast was good. Subway is close and you can walk to Zoologischer Garten in 10 minutes. There are many restaurants nearby. I can highly recommend.

Breakfast in hotel cafe is quite "expensive about 12 Euro". Walking distance to U Bahn & connections to other metro lines. A number of eateries around, such as Italian restaurants, bakeries etc.

A Nice hotel, with a good location and a lot og restaurant near by. The room was clean and the staff really polite. However we there were a lot of noice all night from the other customers living there, so it was difficult to sleep.

The hotel is located in a convenient area close to restaurants and one supermarket but a little far from most attractions. The room is spacious with very high ceiling which is clean and cozy. Front desk staff is very friendly. The only thing we would like to mention is that both washroom and bath tub are very slippery; it may not be user friendly especially for aging persons.

I was in the hotel just for one night but for me, compared to the price, it was good. It is clean, comfortable, Wi-fi is provided and in the neighborhood there are many restaurant and bar. In addition, due to the nearness with the Deutsche Bank of (Otto-Suhr-Allee 6-16), it is well reccomended for business travellers related with this branch.
