They truly are the best hotel in Berlin. This time they upgraded me. Too bad i had to sleep my whole stay. A/C Design bathrooms Great staff They did however forget my wakeupcall. But i woke up before anyway:)

I had booked without reading reviews and when I did there was a lot about staff not being helpful This was not my experience at all. Lady at evening check in and young man at check out next morning were both polite , friendly and efficient. Do not know i there have been changes but my stay was excellent. Good location, service and value

My booking clearly states all taxes and fees were included in price but arrogant woman at chech in ignored that and insisted I pay another € 12.20 tax. Room was very basic and windows very dirty. Then checking out was yet another drama at reception. I asked for a wake up call but didnt get it. When I confronted reception about it she just replied with a I dont care tone .." sorry I forgot". Its ok to stay here if you just want a bed and shower... avoid staff and expect nothing that is 4 star.

As I was not authorized to disclose the details of my occupation, I was forced to delve into the explanations for the amount of the applied city tax. The receptionist woman fooled me for quite some time, promising a formal regulation of the amount of the charge, but was only able to find and print it after my repeated demands and my time spent, making me guilty of the incident. The bitter lesson continued when she issued my room keycard which did not work even I made my way upstairs-downstairs for two times. I was able to enter the room only the manager accompanied me and made himself sure of this nonsense. Even after receiving a new card, I was able to open the door with difficulty and long efforts.

I suppose going for one of the cheapest hotels in Berlin meant it wasn’t going to be luxury. However: no toilet paper, the bath amenities were hand soap, the bathroom was dirty (uncleaned toilet, rusty stand, filthy shower curtain). The hotel overlooks a courtyard where people loudly partied all night. For light sleepers, it was impossible to sleep! The only redeeming feature was the staff, who was very kind and helpful!

Clean and spacious room with modern and renovated bathrooms. Plenty of space for storage, work and rest. Quiet building close to the U-bahn and city buses (with stops right outside the hotel entrance), with a short walk to Kurfurstendamm commercial district. The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet is robust and convenient. Great value for money.

The biggest disappointment was that Hotel didn't have an iron. I had to go to my other colleague's hotel to iron my shirts and then come back. Having an iron is quite a standard for big hotels, so was a big surprise when I was told that they don't have it.

not too bad for two nights. situated between two U stations and there are plenty of buses to go anywhere u need to. the building and room are fine. adequate for two nights

Centrally located at Kurfuerstendamm, even though in a dimly lit and dark part that may raise safety concerns. Parking was available in front of the hotel, but limited number of slots and with meter. Upon arrival with several pieces of luggage and an infant, the reception did not show any attempt to help pass the revolving door. The room was dirty, and so where the floors with broadly stained carpets like someone had vomitted, spider webs in the room, and stained walls. Maybe other rooms looked better. Feel and look was like what the building previously was: an office building converted into a hotel.

Great stay, greeted by a friendly receptionist who was very effficient and directed us to our clean and well presented room. Only down side no kettle in room but other than that everything you beee. Location is excellent for the nearby station however just check time for coming home as we managed to miss the last train. All in a great stay and excellent value for money.

“Best hotel in berlin”
If you get a good deal here, BOOK IT: Staff remembers you. Got a ugrade once again. Location is very good. Never tried the breakfast. But in Berlin glutenfree is hard to find so i never book with.
