We booked a twin room as we are a couple. we were given a private 4bed dorm upon arrival. my husband and i had to sleep separately. we asked for another room whenever there is available and the front office staff declined straight away even if we are going to stay there for 2 weeks. The front office and food and beverage staff were all rude. It was our first time in Berlin at that time and I do not recommend it at all. Unfortunately, this is the worst place i have ever stayed at in my life. NEVER AGAIN.

I paid for double bed room with wifi but end up i is bunk bed room although there is no one inside but i got no wifi.

Pros: nice basic hotel room. Closet, attached bath and toilet with warm water, clean linen and comfortable pillow and mattress, ‘good’ breakfast. Cons: don’t expect it be a 3-5 star. It’s a basic budget hostel/hotel. No WiFi in the room but in common areas.

No kitchen no fridge got a dorm as a twin room

Please choose another place to live The bathroom was super dirty. There is no kitchen: so do not expect kettle or microwave there. My only option was to buy boiled water (100-150ml) for 1 EUR. Wifi does not work in rooms. The window was broken and not closing which can be a problem during wintertime. Stuff was not so helpful. I would never come back to this hostel.

If you're looking for comfortable, cheerful budget accommodation, I recommend this hostel very highly. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back if I'm ever in Berlin again.

The room was too small even for 1 person. There is no window or condition, so it was very heat and dark.

Amazing quality for the price, enjoyed every minute. Staff was helpful, didnt have any problem during the stay, enjoyed the seperate bathroom, very comvenient

We booked a twin room and they gave us a dormitory room. There is no blanket on the room. No lockers for the boxes and internet was awful and cannot be accessible from the room. You need to use Wifi from the lobby only.

Good choice concidering the price, quite clean, the people working there nice and polite and the location great. On the other hand, the wi fi doesn't reach to all the rooms, the showers have no privacy at all and they change our reservation from a two-single-beds room with its own toilet to a room with 8 beds ( but at least they kept the other beds empty and we were alone).

We stay in private double room. The room was comfortable. There's bus stop just in front of the hostel. Nearby have plenty of restaurants. Walking distance to east side gallery.

The hostel is very easy to get to and to visit the sights of Berlin, as well as getting to the airport with the ABC card. The hostel is very basic and wifi does not work in your room so you must use wifi in common areas. They are working on putting a bar in on the 2nd floor where breakfast is served. You must pay to get hot water for making your own hot beverage as there is no use of an electric kettle😕 or using any dishes/glasses😕

We paid for a twin room but they didn't have any at the time so we got a room of 6 all for ourselves. It's okay though because this way we had our own bathroom which was nice and clean. The only thing I can mention is that there was no soap but the sheets were okay, although it was a little bit cold in the room (we weren't sure if the heating system had been properly working). Wifi is only at the reception which is kinda disappointing. It's 5 kms of walk from Alexanderplatz which is moderately bearable hence the public transport is quiet expensive so if you don't want to pay for it you may as well walk. In the surroundings of the hostel however there are a bunch of cheaper, super creative places, shops and bars which is the main reason we were satisfied with staying here. Would definitely recommmend it!

“バックパッカー向け”
ドミトリー目当てのバックパッカーにはもってこいだと思うが、ツインルーム目当てのカップルには最悪 ドミトリーに泊まらさせる お金をすでに払っていたがキャンセルして近くのホステルに変更した Wi-Fiも弱い カップルでは二度と泊まらない。
