Travelling with 2 x grandparents, 2 x kids under 11 and 2 x parents was easy and affordable and this lovely relaxing Best Western in Alsace. Located literally next door to one of the nicest Alsatian villages to explore, our stay was made all the more special. Rooms may be small for some people, for us it was perfect. Comfy large bed, very clean and modern amenities and impeccably fresh, it was great value for money. Happy to come back again in the future!

We are a couple traveling around France over three weeks. Spent 3 days in Alsace region and stayed in Riquewihr at the Best Western Hotel Le Schoenberg. We could walk throughout the town from the hotel without driving and did not have to worry about parking. The weather was outstanding and we relaxed every afternoon at the pool. In addition, my husband would work out in the fitness room each morning and he remarked that the equipment was very nice and obviously newer. The room was nice and the bathroom was large. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location... clean ... friendly... I recommend it definitely... if you have the chance to visit this beautiful region... don’t hesitate to stop here .. you will not be deceived... specially I had a dog and the welcome bone .. was really appreciated ... thank you ! 👍🏼☀️☀️

Perfectly positioned for a visit To Riquewihr and the surrounding Vinyards and towns and far enough from the motorway to be rural and quite. The price levels are far too high for the quality of decor and whilst they are extending to add more rooms the superior room is NOT superior and has only the most basic chairs and carpet one would find in lower level of hotel chain. If the high price is justified then it is only because of location and that it is a known chain giving some confidence as to the standard

Très bon séjour! Personnel aimable souriant, sympathique et aux petits soin pour nous! Directeur sympa et qui n'hésite pas à mettre la main à la patte!! Chambre propre et fonctionnel avec petites attentions!! Espace détente très chouette et propre avec une petite piscine refaite(liner neuf) et vraiment chaude!!!! hammam, deux sauna et salle de repos ainsi qu'un salon pour boire un thé. Le restaurant n'est pas en reste car très très bien mangé(menu Saint Valentin au top et qualité et services proche d'un gastro sans se ruiner (restaurant AOR à coté avec tarifs prohibitifs) les personnes qui nous servent sont aux petits soins!! Petit-déj un poil cher mais très bon! L'hôtel est très chouette et l'emplacement bien situé à, 2 minutes du centre! Nous reviendrons certainement!!

Our standard room had a view over the parking, was next to a noisy corridor, and our bathroom had no openable window. The hefty price included no breakfast. The hotel is well located but excessively priced for such poor amenities.

Nous avons réservé deux nuits dans cet hôtel, où nous sommes déjà venus plusieurs fois. A notre grande surprise les prestations ont bien diminué en qualité, le ménage n'a pas été fait, ni le lit, et aucune excuse ou explication de la part de la réception, lorsque nous avons demandé le pourquoi à notre départ.
