Loved this hotel so much! It is expensive but very much worth the price.

My wish was their command. Outstanding. Friendly. Kind. Knowledgeable . My daughter’s 18th birthday and first time in France & they pulled out all the stops: flowers, champagne, upgrade to a suite. This place is a class act and we felt like we had our own apt in Paris. The concierges are amazing. Whatever we wanted, they made happen and for a lower price than we saw on the advertised tours. The honor bar open all day & night is awesome. Can’t rave enough.

Perfect location in the heart of the Marais district. We had the premium room, it was nice with upper level, street view, quiet, sunny and bright. The room size was appropriate. The bathroom was decent. The hotel is in a very old building, we liked it. The elevator is very old and not modern, we like the stairs better. The spa is not full time, it’s a small hotel. We had New Years Eve dinner in the restaurant. The restaurant is one Michelin star- we were not impressed with the New Year’s Eve menu- it was quite boring. We didn’t eat any other meal there.Next door is a super nice bistro - breakfast, lunch and dinner - delicious food and good wine list. We would definitely return to this hotel. It is listed five star - we think it is more like four star - but super good location and very clean and comfortable.

The sweetest neighborhood in all of Paris and the Creme de la Creme of hotels EVER. Set back in Place de Vosges it’s subtle charm is beyond compare.

“Une Merveille”

We felt great those 3 days and had a wonderful service from the staff...everyone very nice and friendly. The location is so calm and romantic as the little parc was a beautiful spot and vivid with young people. The pavilion provided us bikes to experience the city which was exceptionally empty at the big avenues and boulevards. It was fantastic, thank you very much for our wonderful stay!

“Beautiful hotel and wonderful service”

The courtyard is beautiful and a perfect place to relax at any time of day or evening. The spa and sauna is a great facility. But above all the staff were warm and welcoming.

“Room size is really closet size”

Room much too small....no place to put bags or drawers to stow clothes. Shower is so small....I’m a slim person and could barely turn around. Except for the inadequacy of the room, staff and facilities are great.

This was my third stay here. It feels quite intimate and private. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. The Marais location is wonderful and it is just a few blocks to several metro stations including Bastille which gets you on the 1 (la defense) to the louvre and beyond.

“weekend away”

Room was very small had good bathroom and comfortable bed, chair was too big. Could have replaced desk with narrow chest of drawers. Staff were charming and very helpful.

Excellent location in the heart of the Marais.The courtyard is very nice an so is the lobby.The room is quiet large with good amenities. Excellent service throughout our stay.We will definitely return to this hotel next time we visit Paris.

whilst the hotel was great, comfortable, quiet and in a good location at the end of the day it was just a bedroom and i am not sure it is worth the money. the spa was expensive but i must say it was the best massages i have ever had.

The spa was fantastic. We were upgraded so we got a suite which was lovely. It had a separate lounge area which gave us a lot more room.
