Absolute gem of a hotel in a really great location. Convenience store just outside and champs eleysees 10 minute walk away. Staff is really friendly and hotels always clean.

The location was perfect, the staff were kind and helpful but the cleaning was not perfect and the room was very hot at night that we couldn’t sleep well. The room rate was very high and not worth it.

This hotel is a peace of haven. Its like refreshing you sole. I will keep it as first booked hotel in my next trip. I stay for 3 days and i will come back again. I strongly recommended for all. Every things was perfect.

The location of the property was great and the staff were friendly. However, the value for money was not great. The cleanliness could have been better and the facilities were average. Overall, it was an okay stay but there are better options available in the area.

The hotel is centrally situated. Nearby with eating places, train stations, the famous Arc De Triomphe as well as the shopping streets! Had a good stay there being a first timer in Paris. Very friendly and helpful staffs in helping with whatever we need. Only downside, the basic rooms are too small but its relatively about the same with other hotels. All in all, its all good. Will definitely stay here when we come to Paris again! :)

The room I got on the first floor did not correspond at all to the pictures of the modern and clean rooms on the website of the hotel and Agoda. Never in my life have I seen such a difference between the pictures of a website and reality. The carpet was full of stains, the room and the bathroom were old and cold. The receptionist told me that I couldn't regulate the heating in my room, because it was a central heating. She said the hotel had small mobile heaters for the guests and gave me one. Therefore, I wasn't the first client to freeze in this hotel. The mobile heater helped, but if I book a four-star hotel in Paris, I don't expect to have a cold room and to use a mobile heater to be able to take my coat off after 90 minutes! The hotel is being renovated and part of the walls and floors are covered with plastic. There is no breakfast room because of the renovation. The rooms are not soundproof at all.

The hotel Location was nice , yet the rooms were very small , the elevator barely takes 2 person. Staff were very nice The location is great near to all interesting things in Paris. My room has a small balcony so smoking was not a problem as in other hotels

“Excellent experience near Champs-Élysées”
We arrived late at night and went straight to our rooms. The hotel had already arranged the rooms next to each other as requested in our booking, which was perfect. The rooms were beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. One of the things we really appreciated was the free coffee machine available for guests to enjoy at any time. The location is excellent—just a short walk from the Champs-Élysées and the Arc de Triomphe, which made it very convenient for us to explore the area. Most importantly, the staff were wonderful very polite, respectful, and always ready to help. Overall, our stay was very pleasant, and I would definitely recommend this hotel.
