I'm totally satisfied with Hotel Royal Saint Michel. Room is very spacious and well facilitated, including AC! (This summer is too hot to do without it!!) All of stuff members are really nice and kind. I'd love to come back when I visit Paris!

徒歩1分程度でノートルダム寺院が見えます。どこへ行くにもアクセスが良く、今回女性2人でムーラン・ルージュに行きましたが、帰り道も電車の乗り換えが一度だけで尚且つ駅近なので、夜中でしたが安全に帰ってこれました。 また、チェックイン時に対応してくれた男性が日本語を勉強中とのことで、日本語で話しかけてくれてとても親切な方だったので嬉しかったです。 部屋の内装もとても可愛くて、少し狭いですがバスタブもあるし、次のパリ滞在も絶対にこのホテルにしたいと思います。

スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで良かったです。 夕方にも、ルームチェックして、掃除や補給してくれました。 朝食も、品質が良くて、美味しかったです。 駅に近くて、風景も最高です。

To all females travelling alone, I had the worst experience in life in this hotel - a stranger man broke into my room while I just woke up, improperly dressed. He opened the door with his card, I yelled “who are you”, he left a short “sorry” and ran away without explaining. The hotel manager later on claimed that was their room service, and I deserved that because I didn’t put the “do not disturb” sign - FYI, there was no a “do not disturb” sign for me to use in the room. While talking to the manager, the manager was acting very passive aggressive, intentionally distracting people’s attention to between me and only the room service man, in a way I believe to avoid playing a part of responsibility in it. The solution he provided was blocking the stranger man’s access to my floor - that’s it. When I said that would not help me feel safer because it’s the problem of your management, he said “what would you like me to do - fire everyone?” When I realised it’s impossible for him to do right things, all I was left to ask was compensation. While he insisted that cash compensation was impossible (in a tone like I was begging him), he gave out the most ridiculous reason: the mentality of his employee was also hurt during the process - by what? by a victim demanding a reasonable solution? I was also very disappointed at Agoda’s response in this matter. The first English customer service I called seemed unable to understand English, keeping talking in broken English that she “had to check with hotel”. The second customer service understood, but didn’t even give me a response call after I had already settled the things by myself.

Great accommodation in the Latin quarter. Centrally located with plenty of restaurants and bars on your doorstep. The Notre Dame is a 3 minute walk and the Parthenon is about a ten minute walk. Will definitely be staying there again. Highly recommended

We have stayed at the Royal saint michele before. Same as then, the staff is polite and helpful and the atmosphere and tidiness is what kept us coming back and probably will do in the future. PS. I would love if there were slippers offered.

Great location in the Latin Quarter near Notre Dame. Good shopping and dozens of restaurants within two minutes walk. Ageing gracefully however the location is superb.

Perfect location for walking and sightseeing. The staff were very friendly and the hotel was clean. Added bonus for the Nespresso machine in the lobby whenever we needed a pick me up!

Superb location near the Notre Dame cathedral, with the main metro line on the doorstep. Very clean, great value for money and the staff were all helpful. Rooms are small but that's all we needed for a base to explore. Would come back again

The hotel is in a fantastic location! It is easy to walk to many sites you want to see and many restaurants are in the area. The RER B and metro is right outside of the door. You can walk to ND, St. Chapelle, Latin Quarter, Sorbonne, Marais. Great location! It is definitely not a 4 star hotel. I would rate it as 2.5 stars at best. The rooms are clean and the staff is helpful and nice. It is an older hotel with a small lobby. For the price charged, you are paying for the location.

Close to the metro, walkable to many popular spots. We walked to almost everywhere! Saint-Chapelle, Pantheon, Louvre Museum, Eiffel Tower, Arc De Triomphe, and the popular shopping areas as well. Room was tiny but enough for 2. Bathroom was sparkling clean and heater worked well. Overall happy with our stay!

“最高に尽きる。”
ホテルマンのデニスさんが日本語喋れて親切に対応してくれた。さらに、風邪をひいてしまったが、心配して色々とお手伝いしてくれたし、ケーキもサプライズでプレゼントしてくれた。他のホテルマンも親切に薬をくれたり、ルームサービスも最高。日本のおもてなし精神をゆうに超える優しさを感じた。本当に選んでよかったです。
