“Below expectations.”

Very disappointing stay. Several serious issues made the experience uncomfortable: no bathtub as indicated in the booking, dirty “fresh” towels in the sauna, a loud bathroom ventilator that sounded like a frog all night, and a persistent sewage smell from the bathroom. No room change, cancellation, or meaningful compensation was offered—only a small bottle of champagne. A lot of time was wasted trying to resolve these problems, with no satisfactory outcome. On a positive note, the breakfast was small but tasty, and the breakfast staff were very attentive and friendly.

Very helpful and oh so friendly front of house. My room was great spacious and air conditioned. The location is great it’s young with loads of bars and restaurants, opéra Bastille is so near and a 10 minute walk your in the marais for all the boutiques and museum Picasso etc I found the Bastille and surrounding area very Parisien and not touristy which to me is what I love

Room is small but decorated with style and equiped with everything you need, like hair dryer, kettle, mini fridge. Bed is also comfortable. Like the room I stayed at the 5th floor, where the window give a good view of the street. Location is very convenient, with nice restaruants nearby.

“Great Location ”

The hotel was in an excellent location with stores and restaurants all over. The staff was very helpful and it’s easy to catch an Uber here. Loved the eclectic feel of the rooms.

“highly recommended for couples ”

loved the location of this hotel. 3-5 mins to nearest 2 metro stations (bastille & ledru-rollin). 3 mins walk to supermarket (monoprix). Lots of restaurants and shopping just beside the hotel. Feels super safe staying here. Although a little small, room is cosy and comfortable for the 2 of us. The staffs is friendly and can speak and understand english. Check in/ check out was quick and fuss-free!

“Good for a few nights”

The hotel is well located close to the Bastille with lots of restaurants nearby as well as two Metro Stations. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the free tea and coffee is a nice touch.

“Stylish boutique hotel”

This is an elegant & stylish boutique hotel with juxtaposition of wallpaper prints & colours. It even has a framed write-up in the guest room on the design concept by Christian Lacroix. The place is clean, the staff very helpful & friendly, accommodating any requests that we may have. There are different room designs & they gave us our preferred colour room!

“Do ask to Stay facing residential blocks ”

First few nights, no air con, not acceptable especially for Asians. Was placed at a room facing Street, so noisy! Asked to change room for the rest of 6 nights to face residential blocks, the result was a tremendous change! Birds singing greetings every morning! Air con finally working on 5th night...

“ Delightful small hotel close to opera ”

This is a lovely small hotel a few minutes walk from the Place de la Bastille. It is very nicely decorated and the staff are exceptionally pleasant, welcoming and friendly. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. This hotel is particularly convenient for the Opera Bastille which is just a short walk away. There are several good restaurants close by. There is no restaurant in the hotel but room service can be had from the nearby restaurant Chez Paul. The Hotels breakfast is adequate but not exceptional. Overall this is an extremely nice hotel which is good value and perfect if you're visiting Paris for the opera.

“Nice neighbourhood but very small and warm rooms”

We went to this hotel to stay over two nights in Paris. The hotel is in a little side street and there is a lot of bars and nightlife in this area. If you are good at walking you can easily reach notre dame or hotel de ville in half an hour. the service personal was very nice, well trained and spoke at least 3 languages and understandable English. They did a good job. The only thing we were suffering from is the very (and i mean VERY!) small room and that the air condition was not maintained well respectively the nightshift did not know how to setup the ac control correctly (is a central controlled air condition system).

“Little cosy hotel near Bastille and Marais”

The room is very small but very comfortable bed and quiet even if hotel is located in a lively district. Personnel quite supportive and helpful; good breakfast. Umbrellas available in case of rain. I was only surprised by some small details missing in cleaning. And because they have a parfum shop inside they should take care more about parfum in corridors. Also photocopying credit cards is not a very safe procedure.

beware of the Japanese restaurant near the hotel. the sashimi salmon cause stomach upset. from the hotel, turn left, and right.

Supersüße individuelle Zimmer - klein, aber sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet! Toller und außergewöhnlich freundlicher Service, kleines aber feines Frühstücksbuffet, Toplage direkt an einer Metrostation mit süßen Läden & Restaurants in direkter Umgebung (zum Beispiel das Restaurant "Nove" direkt gegenüber),...für ein langes WE in Paris eine absolut und uneingeschränkt empfehlenswerte Unterkunft!
