This hotel was charming. In a neighborhood with interesting bars and restaurants. The staff were very nice.

The lobby looks a little bit grubby, and the lift is barely larger than a telephone booth, but once in the room we were very comfortable. The shower was huge by European standards, and so was the king size bed. The aircon worked perfectly, but it was good to know that the windows could be opened if necessary.

We had booked our stay back in February/March. The hotel responded to our messages then. Once corona hit, we weren’t allowed to make our trip so we tried contacting the hotel several times to see what could be done. Could we get our money back? Was the hotel open as usual? How were adjusting for corona? No response.... Obviously, they did not respond as they wanted to keep all the money people has booked despite the global pandemic. It’s a shame that this happened but I understand the money aspect. What I dislike is the hotel not responding once they were aware of the pandemic situation and not giving any information on what would happen. We had no idea if they were open as usual

The room was so clean and comfy. Loved the bed! It was nice and firm and felt very new. The cleaning lady cleaned the room everyday and the sunlight from the balcony was perfect! I will definitely come back here when I visit Paris again. By the way the staff at the reception were all very nice and friendly.

This hotel is situated in a non touristic spot but close to lots of storew,bars, eatery, tranportation. You are 10 minutes away from the Bataclan, 20 minutes away from le Marais by foot. Since there are only locals, the shops around are not expensive. The hotel is even in front of La caravane if you want to go for a drink or eat . The bed was very comfy, wifi works and there is even a fridge in the room. The facilities are modern, the shower pressure is good too. The only "bad" point is how small the bathroom is: you cannot fully open the shower room door because of the toilet. Still it's manageable one person at a time. The windows can also be opened to let fresh air in. Room size is perfect for 2 persons.The staff was also very nice and welcoming, always smiling. Do note that each time you leave the hotel , you need to give the key back. Here the staff will always check and ask for your name when you mention your room number. It is quite safe!

The location is very close to a metro station. The room was small and I didn't like the toilet and the shower are in two separate rooms. Beside this, it's a good 3* hotel.

Rooms are small but cozy, modern and very clean. Staff are welcoming, friendly and very helpful. Nice, cheery breakfast room . Only a few short blocks from the business section in that locality. A little out of the way from central Paris but near metro system.

Nice and clean rooms. Very friendly staff. But rooms are very tiny good for a couple. Not sure if there are larger rooms for a family. Definitely would recommend to a friend., and might be back myself someday.

Modern, quaint hotel tucked away in busy neighbourhood. Lots of restaurants nearby. Hotel staff is very friendly and goes out of their way to make you feel welcome, easily the best staff we had in our entire tour of Europe. Rooms are modern and have the necessities but are quite small, even by European standards. I don’t mind close quarters so wasn’t a problem. Overall would stay here again.

Exceptional and accommodating staff, speaks & understand English, very clean room, great shower, comfortable bed & pillows. Elevator is very small if you’re planning to bring large luggages but it’s pretty standard for France. Location is in a safe area and close to cafes, market & pubs. Very pleasant stay, will definitely stay here again next time.

The hotel is located in the best Paris' best arrondissement - vibrant and lively, yet hip, cool and a bit rough around the edges. St. Martin canal is just a 5 minutes walk away, and there are plenty of great restaurants, cafes and pubs just around the corner. The hotel is super clean, and the staff was really helpful and nice, and they were kind enough to allow me to postpone my reservation since I had a family emergency. The rooms are extremely small, but I guess that is Paris.

The hotel is so cute! Absolutely gorgeous and comfortable. The staff was so kind and exceptional, I am thankful for their help! The location is alright, it got a little loud sometimes, but nothing out of the ordinary for a big city like Paris. Anyway, the walls are thick enough that you wouldn't hear much once the windows were closed.

This hotel was perfect for us. We stayed on the last floor. The room was modern and had 2 separate areas, super comfortable for a 5-day stay. Also, the rooms are super quiet. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We would come back again!

The hotel is priced reasonably but the location is not in the city center and there might have safety issues but overall speaking hotel staff are nice and the hotel is clean.

“SMALL, CLEAN, GOOD STAFF, GREAT LOCATION”
Hi. Stayed there for 6 days. First room was very small, but I came to Paris to explore, so just needed a bed. 2nd room was larger. Did not not take the breakfast, so no opinion. Free Wi-Fi, but that's about it for amenities. Well-run, clean, no issues really although I think a 3 star rating might be a bit generous. Would stay there again, as the location was perfect for me.
