We certainly enjoyed our stay here ... very nice room, great location and particularly the welcoming and courteous front desk staff. We would not hesitate to return here the next time we are in Paris.

Very nice and clean hotel in a perfect location near St Germain de Pre metro station and close to many restaurants and cafés. Only downside was that the room and bathroom was very tiny.

This is the best hotel I've lived in. The reception staff are really friendly and helpful, speaks English really well. The location is great, close to most tourist spots and shopping areas. The rooms look very classic, love the design and the bathroom with Jacuzzi made my day. I wish to have stayed more days in here. Will be back definitely for my next visit to Paris.

The location is perfect, walking distance to one of the best zones of Paris including Cafe de Flore, Louvre Museum, and several metro stations to reach other areas. The staff is really great! The rooms are too small so it's difficult to move inside if you are travelling with several pieces of luggage.

We absolutely loved this hotel. The location was perfect - walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and attractions (the Louvre, Notre Dame, etc.). The hotel was gorgeous and well maintained with a wonderful bar and breakfast area. The best part about the hotel was the staff though - they were all so kind and helpful and made our stay incredible. Would 100% recommend staying here!

The location was excellent - safe and right off the main road at saint Germain which is surrounded by great cafes and shops, within walking distance to the louvre museum (about 10mins for me) and other sights. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful and welcoming on arrival. The size of the standard room was a bit small but I think that's pretty normal, and didnt bother me in the least as I was on my own. if you prefer space or are travelling with more than just a couple I would recommend upgrading to a larger room. Overall great value for money and highly recommended!

The Hotel Academie Saint Germain staff were very accomodating to our wheelchair needs. the rooms were small but comfortable and the location was very good to take advantage of the location for visting the sites.

This was our first trip to Paris, and we could not have chosen better. I did some reading ahead of time as to where to stay. In the end we went with our gut instinct and chose to stay in this district and stay at the Academie Hotel Saint German. What a wonderful choice we made. Patricia made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived to the date that we left. She was so helpful throughout our staying, going out of her way to find sites for us to visit and to assist us with booking the train for the next leg of our journey. We had a cute little room. The ambience of the room and the hotel itself provided us with the true French experience. The hotel is close to every site a visitor would want to see and, of course, the best of the best when it comes to shopping!!! When we visit Paris again in the future, I will booking our stay at the Academie Hotel Saint Germain. Thank you Patricia, for making our st

I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Paris. It has a convenient location, walking distance to the top spots like Louvre and Notre Dame. The neighborhood is also safe and full of nice restaurants and shopping stores. I also love that the hotel is always clean!! The staff were also very helpful and cheerful. This hotel is a gem!!

Back to this hotel for the 2nd time visit in Paris. 5min walking distance to Louvre, and Cafe De Flore is just around the corner. Staffs are very friendly with great smile. Only down side : the hair dryer is very very old, took long time to dry up the hair. I expected a proper nice hair dryer since the hotel has been upgraded to 4 stars hotel.

No room was available for us on check-in and they never let us know prior to us arriving. Offered to send us to a hotel over 20m away when we were traveling with another family who's rooms were in their hotel. Became indignant when I said I wanted to stay in a hotel near them and not so far away. Said there wasn't any available but I jumped on Hotel tonight and found several within a few blocks. Told them I wanted a refund (they had a no refund policy) and I would book my own hotel. Only staff who apologized for the inconvenience was Alex - who had only been working there for 2 days. Was a nightmare experience! Would not recommend them EVER!

Firstly Irene is amazing on reception. She absolutely made the hotel experience. Thank you Irene. The hotel is located right near the great eating area of St Germaine and had easy access to many of Paris’s beautiful attractions. It is however a boutique.. the rooms are very small and their double room is really not adequate for 2 people. We took advantage of upgrading rooms, however this room type really isn’t a lot better. That said I’m told that’s what most hotels in Paris are like. Unfortunately they only have heating or Aircond. The entire hotel is either heated or cooled, with no option to change unless the entire hotel is changed over. The room being small was stuffy and it was way too hot to have the heating on. The hotel is on a busy road so noise is an issue. We couldn’t leave the windows open because of the noise outside, so didn’t sleep well at all. They also have garbage collections at 6am and 4pm every day in the street next to the hotel. Another unwanted noise

I barely used the metro due to the great location of this hotel. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Rooms were smallish but lovely. Will definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Paris.

This is a lovely hotel in which to stay while in Paris. The train station is a short walk down the road and the hop on hop off bus stops a short distance down the main road. The hotel is surrounded by restaurants and cafes but their greatest asset is their staff. They are so knowledgeable and informative about getting around Paris and provide the best customer service.

フロントのスタッフは全員感じが良く、文句なし。 清掃面はバスマットやハンドタオル、シャワージェルがない日が度々あり、複数回不快な思いをした。
