駅前なので夜になると多少治安の悪いエリアではあるものの、鉄道トラム駅共に徒歩圏内で、市内観光への交通アクセスは抜群でした。また、近くにスーパーや薬局などもあります。夜遅くに帰ってくるなら海側のホテルが治安面では安全だと思いますが、日中の観光をメインに行うのであれば充分だと思います。スタッフの方々は非常に親切で英語も通じたので助かりました。 その他設備面ではシャワーのお湯が全く安定していなかったのが残念でした。給湯設備が改善すればもう少し人におすすめしやすいのですが…

チェックイン前、チェックアウト後の荷物の預かりもスムーズにしてもらえました。駅からも近く、どこ行くのも便利です。ホテルの入口の写真がアップされているのですぐに見つけることが出来ました。

部屋でwifiがつながらなくて、フロント周辺ではかろうじてつながるが、よく落ちる。特にフロントが夜の時間帯のスタッフに変わると、ネット動画でも見ているのか、ほぼ完全につながらなくなり、他の宿泊客もイライラしていた。

モナコグランプリ観戦の滞在の為、設備等にはあまりこだわりなく滞在しました。 国鉄駅から2分程度のため非常に立地がよく、海やマセナ広場にも徒歩(15分程度） 可能です。 レストラン・スーパーも近隣に充実しており、トラム乗場も近いので、 部屋の設備に拘らず、シャワーと寝るだけの滞在の方にはおすすめです。 残念だったのが、1日に何度もスタッフが入れ変わるので、引継があまりできて おらず、現地でホテル代金のTAXを現金で支払った(ホテル代金は、クレジットで支払済み） のですが、チェックアウト時に貰っていないと確認までに時間を取られました。 スタッフの方は、概ね良好的な人が多いので、バウチャーや領収書等はきちんと 保管されることをおすすめします。

The location is close the Nice train station only 230m that is the best part and breakfast is also been provided if you opt for and that was good. They have coffe maker, kettle, hair dryer and amenities which are necessary. They have a very cute rooms which are designed in green theme all across. I would recommend as it is very close to train station and easy to locate just opp to Hilton.

Excellent hotel! Right across from the T1 tramway that takes you right into the old town. Clean and large room, new facilities, AC and shampoo, conditioner and soap were provided. Room was cleaned daily during our five day stay. All staff were lovely. Earplugs were provided for the street noise of a night however we didn’t notice the noise at all and didn’t require them. Only 25-30mins from the airport, caught the T2 that took you straight to Jean Medecin without any changes and we opted to walk to the hotel from there which was only 10mins or you could wait to catch the T1 from there up to the station in front of the hotel. Luggage minding available. Nothing to fault our stay was fantastic!

Out of the ordinary request to hold $50 as security deposit "which will be refunded after staff checks out the room to make sure everything was okay." Cheap hotel that has little to nothing in terms of amenities wants to think like a 5 star hotel and treat customer like a one star hood hotel. The staff was courteous and helpful but did not get me a TV remote control until the next morning. Breakfast was croissants at the counter you could buy all day that were not covered or protected. Proximity to the station was unequaled and that is a great plus for this hotel. Buyer beware.

Als einmalige Uebernachtung ist das Hotel ok. Es ist sauber und mit der Buchung hat alles geklappt. Die offensichtlich neu renovierte Dusche ist eine Fehlkonstruktion, beim Duschen wird das ganze Bad unter Wasser gesetzt, weil die Duschwanne keine Seitenwändchen hat. Im Bad ist kein Ablauf, so dass alles ins Zimmer fliesst. Das Frühstück war zwar günstig, aber der Kaffee und Tee waren kaum zu geniessen, da beide lauwarm waren. Die Croissants waren auch nicht erste Qualität.

Good for everything except the wifi which is sometimes work, but 90% is unable to connect. The other day, I complained and the staff gave me another password and the problem was solved.

Great location, spacious room, complete facilities but very weak WIFI, sometimes not even connecting. Also, I was charged 50euros from my card already upon booking online but upon check-in, the receptionist insisted I have to pay for another 64euros (the rate of the room then) because he said the room has not been paid yet! When i checked my bank account online, 50euros was deducted. The receptionist kept insisting it’s for the hotel pre-authorization?? I don’t understand! All I know is I was charged 2x and that the male receptionist (old man) was not very nice and polite. He offered no help with my luggage as well despite seeing me I was struggling.

very close to the station. There are 24/7 supermarket and great kebab place right next to the hotel. Hotels in monaco were too expensive so I chose this hotel instead, and I highly recommend it.
