“Cheap price cheap place”

The photos were false advertising.. the place was tiny and the person in charge was unpleasant.. Sent us the wrong street # were walking for an hr when finally saw elsewhere the # . We're calling him at 18:30 when we arrived didn't answer .. keys were left in a little box outside his office. All in all horrible experience .. very unhappy :(

“Good for value, not great.”

I may just be spoiled by nice properties, but I was slightly disappointed by the hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful, lobby was modern and clean. Apartment 309, where we stayed, had mold in the bathtub which was never properly addressed, the fridge door was broken and caused some food spoilage, the A/C seemed to not work, the bed was ridiculously firm to the point of uncomfort, and the pillows were ridiculously flat. The hotel is advertised as more impressive than it actually is. While adequate for a short stay, it’s definitely not as classy as it appears.

“Compact still comfortable central place”

Even though the place was not easy to find, the hotel is nice. Great location. Rooms are fine for 4 including 2 young children. Pity the breakfast is not included (too expensive as add on), but bakeries are nearby and you can cook in the room. But overall, good value for money and great staffs.

Enjoyable and relax..it's my first time here in Marseille, the hotel located in the heart of city so I could access to anywhere quite easily.

“Value for money for fuss-free hotel”

It wasn't bad but it wasn't great. Maid leaves a plastic bag instead of lining the bin with it. Bed is actually a sofa-bed, rather uncomfortable and when we looked under it, plenty of dustballs! Toilet has no ventilation and the last guest smoked in it even though it was a non-smoking room. Design-wise: Not great for putting your stuff cause toilet table top is small, no side tables and no cubby holes for folded clothes.

After we left the train station, it s a bit difficult to find the location using the map. The neighborhood is a bit complicated and dirty. After exploring the city, it s much better and easy to reach from tram station and metro station. Room is very clean and big . The kitchen is well -equipped . You can cook whatever you like . The Landry is just in the lobby . Very confidence !!!

“Nice hotel in a quiet area”

travelling with a baby. hotel is well equipped with kitchen and ac which is very convenient if you are travelling with a baby. room is spacious enough for 4 persons. hotel area is quiet at night so my baby can sleep with any problem. very near to republique street where you can do shopping. walking distance to the port and main tourist attractions. there is a convenient store just opposite the hotel. tram station is just nearby. no parking is provided. there is a gas station nearby.

취사 하기 좋았습니다. 방도 생각보다 넓고 집기류들도 깨끗하고 좋았습니다. 역에서 무거운 짐 들고 오기에는 힘듭니다. 택시가 좋을듯. 콜택시 약 10유로. 역이랑 옛항구 중간쯤이라 여기저기 다니기 좋긴한데 둘다 멀다는 단점도 있네요. 마르세유가 엄청 큰 도시라서..

Point positif : emplacement idéal , agent d’accueil de nuit très professionnel, prix abordable. Point négatif : Cafard, climatisation non fonctionnelle, porte coulissante cassée, porte d’entrée grince, peu de vaisselle pour faire la cuisine

L’hôtel est déplorable (et je ne suis pas chochotte) très sale quartier sale et peu sûre . Pas de Clim ou air conditionné (fonctionne très mal) pas de pression baignoire bouchée moquettes dégoûtantes , meubles rapiécés, odeur d’égouts dans les chambres . Le personnel essaye de tenir la route mais avec une loque d’hôtel comme ça je ne sais pas comment ils font . Lui avoir donné autant d’étoiles c’est honteux ! Même le petit distributeur en bas est vintage ..

Pas du tout professionnel on a voulu me faire payer un supplément après avoir réservé et valider le paiement via agoda les chambres sont sale 4 étoiles ??? 4 asterix oui !!! plus jamais à fuir

“Séjour ville ”

L accueil est déplorable le personnel est lent et pas compétent. Les chambres n étaient pas prêtes à 15 h30 ou le réceptionniste ne savait pas si elle était prête pour cela il devait téléphoner mais il a préférer s occuper des personnes arrivées après nous avant de téléphoner. Très bon emplacement. Très propre très fonctionnel. Manque une deuxième chaise. Petit déjeuner cher 12,90 nous ne l avons pas pris.
