small room, but clean hotel with the basics and near the exit to the freeway.

I was made to pay again for my room despite having my agoda voucher. I checked in at 4pm with a small dog, asked for a ground floor room, none available, was given a room on the top floor, lift was only working to the 2nd floor, had to then get out and go up a flight of stairs, asked for a lower floor, none available despite only being half full. Never again.

中心や観光スポットから遠すぎます。電車の遅れで遅れて到着したのですが、何をすればいいかの指示がありませんでした。スタッフはタクシーを呼ぶのを手伝ってくれませんでした。
