Due to the building renovations, we understand that the entrance may have been harder to find, and we apologise for the inconvenience this caused. We are working on improving signage to make access clearer for our guests. Regarding the heat, we sincerely apologise for the discomfort you experienced during the unusually warm weather. We fully understand how challenging it can be to stay in a room without air conditioning during high temperatures. The portable fan clearly wasn’t enough in your case. Please note that we are currently in the process of installing air conditioning throughout the building, which will greatly improve comfort for future stays.
