The hotel is in the downtown of grenoble, 100 m from the main tram station that runs between the railway station and university campus. The reception speaks English and is friendly.

Loved the hotel and the experience. The front desk staff were super friendly and made my cousin and I feel very welcome after our 8 hour night bus ride from Paris. We got there in the morning and even though our room wasn’t ready and we were early for check in, they took our bags and gave us discounts for the Grenoble telepherique to see awesome views of the city. When we came back the front desk was so enthusiastic about us checking in and was very friendly. We unofficially called him our French uncle. Overall it was a great hotel in a great location. And Grenoble is absolutely beautiful! I would definitely visit and stay at the Grenoble Hyper Centre again!

I have been staying here while my husband is recovering from surgery. It has been very stressful for me as there has been little certainty. But the wonderful staff at the hotel have been marvellous. Thoutful, helpful and caring. Making it easy for me to extend my stay each night when we got no news of our repatriation. It has meant that my stay in Grenoble has very pleasant associations.

Merci à fabien de sa bonne humeur et de son professionnalisme . Il a de par son accueil, illuminé mon séjour dans cette belle ville. Hôtel très bien situé. Chambre propre et bien équipée. Quartier silencieux de nuit et bien animé de jour. Excellent

Personnel accueillant, chambre propre dans l’ensemble . Je regrette le manque de prise pour charger le téléphone il y en a qu’une seule dans la chambre . Petit déjeuner très simple , assez chère pour le choix proposé.

L'accueil y est toujours chaleureux et attentionné à tout niveau. La propreté de la chambre et son état confèrent un cadre reposant, agréable et invitent à la contemplation du paysage extérieur féérique en cette période proche de Noël. Tramway juste à proximité, l'immersion dans la ville est immédiate. Un beau séjour de 2 nuits en famille, à renouveler. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Merci à tout le personnel pour leur accessibilité et les conseils avisés.

Rien de douillet, rien de reposant. Accueil très sympathique. Montée au deuxième étage par le bel escalier car l’ascenseur est très petits (2 places). Fini les compliments. Entrée dans une chambre très petite mais propre. Douche petite 60*60. Problème principal, c’est le bruit. Bruits extérieurs du à l’emplacement et bruits intérieur entre les arrivées et les départs, les portes claques. Difficile de passer une nuit reposante. Sincèrement a éviter.
