映画祭の期間だったので宿泊費がどこも高かったですが、その中で最もコストパフォーマンスの良い宿泊先でした。まず、天井がとても高く、広さも十分でした。そして、トイレとシャワーが分かれているのも良かったです。アパートメントなのでキッチンもあり、近くに有名な食料品店があったので、ニョッキを作ったりサラダを作ったりしました。とても快適に過ごしました！

スタジオにはすべてが揃っていて、キッチン、シンク、洗濯スペースもあり、部屋のサイズも大きいのが大好きです。

“設備の整った良いホテル”

コインランドリーがあり、洗濯は５€、乾燥は４€で使用可能。 また、ロビーにはコーヒー等が無料で提供されています。 ありがたかったのは、無料wifiの電波が強く、殆どストレスを感じる事なく使用できた事でした。

i have booked 4 nights. and over 200usd have been overcharged. and 4 nights while i am staying. they do not clean room. very interesting hotel. maybe i have to ask them. i thought breakfast was included and charge me 11 euros a day for orange juice i drank. i am not going back there again.

“a relief”

stays here after running away from airbnb iresponsible hosts. drag my luggage and leave. location was ok. the only problem was they close the main door at 9pm. we cant enter the building, none pick up the phone, and the key aint working. you have no idea how we try to pull the automatic door.

“Comfy Stay....”

We just stayed there for a night. We arrived quite late at about 7:45pm and left the next day at 8:00am. So we didn't really get to know this hotel better but we can say that the room is very clean and comfortable. The check in and out was very smooth and the staff is very very friendly. Area around the hotel is very quiet at night and is just off the main road. It's about 5 minutes drive to the water front and I believe you can walk there. So it's quite convenient. The only think is the car park which is located in the basement, the ramp up and down is very steep and it's spiral so you have to be very good in driving as it's not very wide as well.

“Affordable, decent aparthotel”

This is an affordable and relatively modern aparthotel in a convenient location of Cannes, not too far away from the shopping streets and harbour. A big plus is the little kitchenette and a few nearby groceries, which made it easy to cook for kids/save money. We initially had a big drama when we called and the hotel hadn't received our Agoda bookings. The staff says this happens a lot, so best to confirm your booking well in advance. Because of this we didn;t get adjacent rooms, and one of the rooms smelled like a smoking room. But the positive thing about that smoking room was that it was a lot larger and had a door that opened out to the hotel patio, where we could easily eat our "home-cooked" meals. Be warned that the parking garage under the hotel is really narrow, and very stressful to navigate.

The hotel room is not very big, but with a lovely kitchen & a big balcony! We cook at night and have a wonderful dining outside the balcony. The staffs are friendly and helpful. It's around 15 minutes walk to the beach and five minutes walk to the car park.

It was very clean, staffs was attentive, I had a great time staying here and will definitely return to this hotel if I go to Cannes again.

“2nd time around, Pleasent stay”

This was my second stay within a year at Citadines Cannes. Like last time, I left a happy guest. The lady at the reception, I forget her name (Corrine I think) was so helpful and friendly. The rooms were pretty large by European standards. The Internet was fast and reliable. I visited Cannes for the ILTM conference, and it was a short walk away from the centre. Not too many eateries near the hotel, however a short walk to the riverfront and you can take your pick from American Burgers, Indian food and local French cuisine. The room comes with a fully equipped kitchen and there is a super market nearby, so cooking your own food or heat and eat is an option as well. A nice stay !

“Good location and good price”

Good hotel for a stay in Cannes, clean and friendly rooms, but you should not have high expectations regarding the service: not very helpful and often there is no person at the reception. Also we decided to book the room there because of a parking lot which is promoted in the announcement, but actually it was not available as you have to book that very much in advance. But in total good place for a short stay in Cannes.

The reception is not 24hrs, working from 8-12am, 14-20pm. Not convenient if you have urgent request since nobody will answer you. Internet connection is poor, we never connected to wifi. They have kitchen, microwave and tableware in the studio, which is convenient to make some food.

along the internet connection maybe slow at times, the overall stay was great. location is one of the best, away from the hustle bustle, but yet close enough in walking distance. staffs are awesome, warm and always willingly to make your stay amazing. this can be a great long-term stay options for some. all good...

离海滩不到10分钟步行路程（散步地） 里中型超市1分钟步行距离 酒店隔壁是法院和警局，社区环境市井安宁。 蛮值得推荐的。

“Très bon hôtel ”

Nous n'avons passé qu'une nuit dans cet hôtel, mais il est clair que nous reviendrons. Emplacement parfait, chambre de qualité et amabilité du personnel qui mérite d'être soulignée. Je recommande.

“Sejour de 6 nuits a Cannes”

Bon choix, seul bemol un peu de bruit la nuit, le Bd Carnot est a cote.

Nous y avons passé 4 nuits dans cet établissement situé à 2 pas de la gare et à 7mn de la Croisette. Le personnel à l'accueil est très agréable et serviable. Je le recommande pour les petits ou longs séjours.
