ボルドー＝サン＝ジャン駅（gare de Bordeaux-Saint-Jean）から徒歩圏内、トラムも目の前に駅があるのでアクセスが容易。しかしそれ以外におすすめできるところがありません。インターネットは部屋になくてフロント前のラウンジのWi-Fiのみ、その他の設備もあまりよいとは言えない。フロントの人の英語レベルが微妙ですが、それでもボルドーの街中の人々に比べればフレンドリーに英語を話してくれる方です。

繁華街に行くには近くの路面電車駅から約１０分位。こじんまりとしたホテルで、部屋は狭く設備も最低限のものしか無い。価格重視の泊まるだけの人には良いかも。近くにスーパ－カルフールがある。

スタッフは英語もスペイン語も通じ、親切でした。行きたい場所うあおすすめを聞くと丁寧に教えてくれました。wifiが部屋で使えなかったこと、トイレとシャワーが狭かったことが短所ですが、アクセスがよく値段も高くないので満足しています。

Very stylish boutique hotel. Staff were very friendly nd helpful . Location was great. A few minutes walk from the main train station in Bordeaux and also within walking distance to the city centre, with a tram stop directly outside if you were not inclined to walk. Breakfast was really good too. Only drawback was the size of the room. The bed was very comfortable and it had everything you needed for a short stay. It was just small.

Breakfast was good and varied. Room was tidy, service level was great. But the room was small. Only 1 plug in our place. Bathroom quite retro. The heat was not strong enough. If you are going on a simple trip, this one is ok. Tram is just right outside. Walking distance from the train station.

If your staying in Bordeaux this hotel is ideally located one stop away from the train station. The tram outside the hotel connects to the entire city as well. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet, continental style for 8 Euros was reasonable. However, the rooms are seriously tired and depressing. There are scuff marks on the doors and walls, the hallways are dimly lit and have heavily stained floor carpets. Maybe they should use laminate floors instead, it maybe easier to clean? The bathrooms were like plastic capsules inserted in the the bedroom. There are more modern hotels closer to the train station such as the IBIS, I think I would be inclined to choose those instead next time. The management of this hotel have a good flow of business due to its location I believe and so are not too concerned about doing upgrades.

No wi fi in room as advertised when booking and no kettle fo making tea or coffee. Very cramped ripped wall paper, damaged bathroom floor and generally very rundown and neglected. Bed and pillows poor quality.

Extremely poor condition in need major repairs. I would recommend they close down for repairs before renting any further rooms.

There wasn't a normal shower and also no bathstop. When we asked for one at the reception they told us very unfriendly that they just don't have it. You can get a bathstop anywhere for €2... Also the room was dirty and old, the toilet didn't flush properly and the bathroom was moldy. Wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Location is close to the train station The room is dirty with bad odor and very worn. But the room is very cheap and that's what you get

Reception staff was friendly and spoke good English. Room 316 has slats missing in one of the beds, so couldn't sleep on it as it was sagging. But since there were two of us in a four bed room, just slept in a different bed. Did not try breakfast. Room was old but clean and comfortable enough. One of the cheapest options. May try the nearby hostel next time.

No Wifi in the room, but not a major problem. Located just next to the tramway means it can get noisy at night but is very convenient for going to and fro the city centre
