The room was very run down. No fixing for the shower and lots of broken lights. No shutters or curtains on windows so could not block out light. Breakfast disappointing. Pluses- food in restaurant good value and a pool. Easy to park.

The hotel is tired and in urgent need of being refurbished. The bathroom was dirty with black mildew in numerous places. The room was tiny and the meagre lighting could only be accessed by the door. On the other hand, the restaurant served nice food in the evening at a very reasonable price. Definitely worth eating in.

The hotel was clean and the staff so helpful, but unfortunately the wifi in the room was n and almost non-existent in reception. As I need wifi I would not return to the Kyriad Hotel.

Very quiet but in a suburb area; do not consider the restaurant as a value though as the food is tasteless and the courses do not offer cheese although we are closed to Roquefort ! Staff, as often in France, a bit rude...

good value and good location we stayed three times on this visit. First time we had no internet in the room, but next two nights there was no problem. Second night toilet would not flush and we got another room with no fuss. Altogether we did not mind this hotel and would recommend it based on excellent value for money, lots of places to eat near by and short drive to old town.

We booked in to this hotel during the July heatwave , the Air con was a treat , the pool was great for the children . However the manageress / owner was the rudest person I think I have ever encountered !! She was just horrible and I don’t say that lightly !! We asked her 3 times one day if we could have an extra pillow to be told later later !! At bedtime I went down to her again and she pretended not to speak English I showed her my request on google translate and she just shrugged her shoulders at me and refused !! Even when I explained the pillow was needed for my asthmatic son !! This woman should not be working anywhere’ near the public never mind a hotel front desk !!

Myriad isn't overly expensive and room was clean, functional and in good condition for its age. Staff were friendly and helpful. Normally we don't eat in hotel restaurants as they tend to be overpriced and poor quality. However we were exhausted and tried it. Good food, fairly priced...and even had good quality house wine at a fair price. No problems recommending this hotel.

Too far from village had to get taxis all the time was under impression it was nearer the village. Struggled with staff due to language barrier.

私たちが宿泊した中で最も悪いキリアドホテルの一つです。彼らがバジェットホテルであることは知っていますが、このホテルは最悪でした。薄暗い廊下、天井から垂れ下がる配線、古い電気スイッチ。スタッフは興味がなく、関与もしていないようで、すべてが面倒に思えました。お勧めできません。
