This place offers excellent value. The rooms are spacious, boasting both AC and reliable hot showers. Having access to a kitchen and washing machine was a major asset for saving cash on food and laundry. The owner is genuinely friendly and speaks fluent English, making communication easy. They also offer optional, paid, home-cooked meals. The only drawback is the weak Wi-Fi speed, but I found this to be standard across other budget hotels in this area. I have to note that there was some back and forth over the room rate initially, but it was eventually sorted out and we paid the price listed on Agoda. Other than that, there were no other issues. It was a good stay

Big rooms with air conditioning, hot showers, TV. There was even a washing machine and kitchen for use. The WiFi is weak but it's the same in other hotels in the area. Owner speaks good English and is friendly. They also offer home cooked meals for a fee. Overall there's no complaints.

Owner came to welcome us and gave us a coffee started well. Room and food was good. But trust me the service was too bad no towels provided. No wifi struggled for 2 days owner don't lift calls he has his own life and no alternative person to manage atleast someone should be allotted for maintaining to look after for service. Cannot be left like that.

“Good place”
If you need a base camp, this is it! The rooms are huge and climate controlled with fantastic hot showers. The best part? True self-sufficiency! A full kitchen and washing machine on-site saves serious travel cash. The owner is super helpful and speaks perfect English, which is a major win. You can even grab delicious optional, paid, home-cooked dinners. The only downside is the area's slow Wi-Fi, but that's a small trade-off. Quick note on logistics: we had a confusion about room pricing, but it was resolved quickly, and we paid the Agoda rate. Highly recommend
