淡季はコストパフォーマンスが高く、チェックイン時には歓迎ドリンクが提供されます。スイートルームは一室一廳一衛一厨房で、2つのバルコニーがあります。意外にもホテルにはキッチンがあり、プールもとてもきれいです。さらに、空港から近く、タクシーで数分で到着します。エジプトで宿泊した中で最も清潔な格安ホテルです。

2日の短い滞在で、ホテルは市と空港の間に便利に位置しています。24時間のデスクサービスがあります。大きなキッチン、ラウンジ、浴室、非常に快適なベッドのあるスイートです。キッチンは非常に基本的で、カトラリーはありませんが、やかんとカップはあります。バーの冷蔵庫はよく在庫されています。ルームサービスは良好で、レストランは手頃な価格で良質です。エレベーターは良好に動作しており、エジプトの多くの場所よりも騒音が少なく、素敵な小さなプールがあります。唯一の欠点は、部屋にWiFiがないことです。ここに再度滞在したいと思います。

私たちは2泊しました。スタッフはとても素敵でした。家具は少し古いですが、部屋は清潔でした。大きなアパートで、キッチンはありますが、調理設備はありません。ただ大きな冷蔵庫とやかんがあります。静かな通りで、心地よい海風があります。素敵なプールもあり、美味しい朝食、良いWiFiがありました。私たちは滞在を楽しみました。こちらのホテルでは、両替の際に銀行のレートが適用されるので、ここで両替する価値があります。

完璧です。広い部屋。ベッドルームと大きなリビングルームにバルコニーがあります。すべて完璧です。キッチンは本当になく、電子レンジやオーブン、コンロもありませんが、キッチンを頼んだわけではありません。近くに安い価格で高級レストランがあります。受付の2人のうちの1人は非常に上手な英語を話します。プールは周りの他のプールのようには温かくありません。

フロントのスタッフが親切で、宿泊施設がとても広くて良かったです。ホテルのようではなく、アパートメントのようだったので最初はびっくりしましたが、逆に良かったです！ 冷蔵庫の音が少しうるさいですが、ドアを閉めておけば我慢できる程度でした。あ、そういえば、コンセントがベッドの横に片側しかなくて、片方の人しか充電できませんでした😅それ以外は全て良かったです👍🏻

ジャズ・ネオ・アイボリーに期待していたが、このホテルはフルガダでの最悪の体験の一つとなってしまった。 宿泊施設は完全に失望だった。キッチンは空っぽで、鍋も皿もグラスも何もなかった。ゲスト用ではなく、展示用のキッチンのようだった。基本的なアメニティもなく、料理するものも食べるものもなかった。機能しないキッチンを宣伝する意味は何なのか？ 家具はひどい状態だった。古く、擦り切れ、不快だった。何年も交換されていないように見えた。全体的に管理が行き届いておらず、オンラインで見た清潔で新鮮なイメージとはかけ離れていた。 ロケーションも悪夢のようだった。吠える犬の声が昼夜を問わず聞こえ、リラックスしたり、きちんと眠ることもできなかった。静けさはなく、常に騒音があった。 **さらに悪いことに、部屋には寝床虫や虫が infest されていた。

新しくきれいですが、立地的に不便。市街地から離れており、まわりにはほとんどなにもないので、外食にもお土産を探すのにも、タクシー利用で街まで出ることになります。静かで良いという点もありますが（ただしとなりの公園が夜まで子供が遊べるようになっていて、けっこうにぎやか）値段的にはとても満足しました。

部屋は1キッチン、1リビング、1ベッドルーム、バスルームで構成されています。 今回はダイビングとゴルフ目的で、長期滞在で、荷物も多かったので、広かったのはとてもよかったです。 ただ、新興地域に位置しているので、まわりにはなにもありません。隣りにカフェがあり、ちょっと歩くとボウリング場がありますが、それ以上行くには徒歩では無理です。ハルガダ市内、SheratonStreet（繁華街）に行くには、タクシーで片道10分くらい、金額は25～40ポンドです。買い物や食事は大体市内に行くので、毎日のタクシー代となるとけっこうかさみました。おそらく、そういうロケーション事情から、部屋代がだいぶ安く設定されているのだと思いますが、個人的には、タクシー代くらいの分を上乗せした値段の市内のホテルに泊まった方が、便利だったなぁと思いました。 あとは、新しいホテルなので、タクシードライバーが知らないということがよくありました。 朝食ブッフェはとてもシンプルなコンチネンタルで、パン、カットフルーツ、卵関係、シリアル、少々のハムとチーズ、野菜、飲み物でした。おおっと驚くものはありません。不満に思う人もいるかも。でも長期滞在の人ならこれくらいでじゅうぶんだと思いました。

Good spacious suite rooms. Experience could have been better if they provide basic amenities such as bath toiletries. Shower was broken. Staff were not as helpful/kind/polite. Breakfast was okay.

I booked an appartement for a family of 3 adults & 1 children and 1 infant & I got the rate from the site for this criteria, however when I arrived to the hotel, the staff at the reception asked me to pay a difference of 3900 LE from double room to a triple room.

フレンドリーなスタッフと空港に近いです。アクセスが簡単で、建物の隣にはいつも駐車スペースがあり、静かなエリアです。部屋は広く、キッチンもそこそこ良く、必要なものは全て揃っています。庭にはプールもあり、日差しの中でリラックスできます。日中に旅行を計画している人やダイビングに行く人にとって、宿泊場所として最適です。この施設がJazグループの一部であることを感じることができます。常にサポートしてくれるスタッフがいて、何度も滞在しましたが、コストパフォーマンスは素晴らしいです。
