“Decent ”

We stayed here for two nights whilst exploring Cairo. Staff were very accommodating and friendly, especially the staff in the restaurant. We were upgraded for free to a suite which was absolutely huge and included a living room and kitchen as well as several bathrooms. Beds were super clean but decor and carpets were a bit outdated and worn. The bathrooms were in need of modernising in order to appear cleaner and the shower leaked in one bathroom. Wifi access was good in the room. Location was perfect- right by the Nile and in walking distance of the Cairo museum. Breakfast was tasty with lots of options. There’s a swimming pool but we didn’t get the chance to try this. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here.

“Very comfortable !”

We have a family of four and spent five days happily. The room is very large, the living room is at least 50 square meters, there is a large study room, a large drying table, and three bathrooms. The most satisfying thing is that the bed is very comfortable. I give the best recommendation. great! There is also a big kitchen

“Avoid if you have young kids!”

The Rooms, bathroom and kitchen are so outdated and need an urgent upgrade. The AC noice in the apartment is so loud so need to switch off completely to talk, I don’t mind it being off in winter but if anyone comes in the summer heat with high humidity then good luck. The manager Amirah is so nice and tried her best to help us but if this hotel doesn’t get the investment or upgrade it badly needs then will see no customers like myself ever returning.

The rooms are of an excellent size, especially for the money. The Staff are welcoming, polite and extremely helpful. Location is good and the breakfast is awsome. Would stay again.

City view is very bad. It looks like you are staying in a slum area.

“Comfortable stay!”

It's close from the central Cairo. The rooms are big, bed is wide, and clean. The shower is a bit weak, but other things are all fine.

it is really nice stay in this hotel, very big room with lorry, kitchen, three bath rooms and large balcony. I like bed too much as was really nice sleeping. It is in good location very near to River and good view

“Great Disappointment”

We checked in and on the first day the key card to the room malfunction. We had reported to the reception but nothing happened. For 3 days we had to ask the security staff to open our door using their masterkey. On the day we checked out 4 days later only they came to repair this problem. We booked a suite with 2 bedroom suite and upon checking in there were only 2 towels. On 2nd day onwards, towels were not changed and toiletries were not replenished until we checked out. This was our first time staying in Hilton and will definitely be the last time ever.Worst than a 3-star hotel.

Extra ordinary hotel service from the front desk individual Ihab to the Bellman Ayman. FD Ihab upgraded our room with little difference of money!! The bellman Ayman was also very helpful and supportive at every step our stay. We will definitely recommend others to stay at this Hotel....

Overall i had a pleasant stay at Hilton Cairo World Trade Centre Residence. The room was very big with all the required furniture! We arrived at 6am due to our change of flight timing and requested for a early check in and without much consideration, the hotel staff agreed immediately. We travelled a lot by taxi and therefore, location don't really seems to be the main thing but there wasn't any shops around the hotel. Room was clean but a little old and dusty.
