Rooms are Ok...The ambience at the entrance, lobby, reception and hallway to the rooms is boring.. It feels empty. It doesn't feel like a hotel, as I step out of the elevator on our way to the rooms It felt like Im in a hostel or apartelle instead of hotel. The colors are just not so hyggeligt. I dont know, maybe I was just expecting much because I read on their website that the hotel is kinda new. Plus, they didn't even informed us that they are changing their name. We were so confused, we were only using navigator around Copenhagen. when we arrived of course what we look for is the building named First Hotel Copenhagen, like the pictures on their website. I thought we were lost because the building we arrived to has different name.

Neat and clean well decorated rooms, good service at check in / out. Missing selection of soap, shampoo etc. in bathroom. Missing also coffee / tea facilities and fridge / minibar.

The hotel is nice and clean but too far from the city. Nothing to enjoy near the hotel. Very distance from everything.

I paid for a superior but according to the pictures on the website I saw after my stay, I got a standard room. View of a another business building. The breakfast was the only highlight - the room was small and not well-designed and equipped.

No services close to the hotel such subermarket. The hotel is good because of it's location. For business trip the hotel is close Bela Center. The hotel has small lobby and there is no one carry the lounge.

The hotel is nice, the people is nice and everything function well, but the prices in the resturent is very expensive. The location of the hotel is bad, and on the backside there is a lot of noice.

Ein wenig außerhalb von Kopenhagen, aber mit dem ist alles gut zu erreichen. Unsere Zimner zur Straße waren ein wenig laut und eine Klimaanlage fehlt.

et greit hotel og overnatte på men litt langt unna sentrum men det er kort tid med taxi.tivoliet må du besøke,mye fint og billig å handle der.hard rock cafe er også verd et besøk.vi var på fisketorvet shoppingsenter og der var det rikt med utvalg og ikke så dyrt.

Vi var en gruppe på 5 voksne, som havde booket og betalt for 3 værelser, men de havde kun 2 ledige, da vi ankom. De havde ikke flere værelser, så det de kunne tilbyde var en opredning på det ene værelse. Personalet mente at det var booking selvskabte fejl, så de var ikke interesseret i at hjælpe eller give penge retur eller finde en bedre løsning på det manglende værelse. Elevatoren virkede ikke og morgenmaden kan ikke anbefales. Vi vil ikke anbefale dette hotel.

Vi manglede en overnatning i forbindelse med et koncertbesøg i Royal Arena. Hotellet ligger godt i forhold til motorvej mv. Derudover var det vigtigt for os at vi kunne oplade vores bil. Hotellet havde 2 elbilpladser i kælderen og det fungerede perfekt. Jeg kan kun anbefale hotellet. Pænt. rent og utroligt hjælpsomt personale. Vi kommer igen :)

“SPA was out of order”
We had booked the hotel for a nice weekend SPA, when we checked in the staff told us , that our room is near the Spa, so we can enjoy that, when we went to the spa , it was out of order, and they could not do anything before Monday, so our booking was waist of money, we could even not check out or get refund, or move to another scandic hotel with spa , very bad service, even called before arriving asking about the spa, even staff was telling us to use it and enjoy it , very poor service
