私たちの滞在は非常に快適でした。特に、この宿泊施設には姉妹ホテルにアクセスするための無料のケーブルカーがあるというユニークな点を楽しみました。このホテルにはプールはありません - プールがあるのは丘の上にある別のNHホテルです（このホテルのゲストは利用できません）。しかし、このホテルは非常に良いコストパフォーマンスを提供しており、徒歩圏内に多くの良いレストランがあります。最寄りの公共交通機関は徒歩7〜8分の距離です。

nHプラハホテルはメインマーケットとトラム停留所のすぐ近くにあります。部屋は広くて非常によく整備されていました。朝食は種類が豊富で美味しいものでした。スタッフは礼儀正しいですが、英語を理解する人は非常に少なかったです。

価格も手ごろで、アンデル駅から徒歩約7分の距離にあり、移動が便利でした。 ホテル全体は清潔で、毎日部屋の掃除とタオルの補充がきちんと行われていました。 部屋とトイレもどちらも清潔でした。 チェコの人々はチェコ語に誇りを持っているため、チェコ語ができない人には無視する傾向があると聞いたことがありますが、最初にフロントのスタッフから冷たい印象を受けたため、接客態度だけで星1つ減点しました。 他のスタッフは親切で、ホテルも清潔、毎日整理されており、立地もこのくらいならかなり良いので、おすすめできます。

12月の繁忙期の週末なので、価格は安くありませんでした。朝食ビュッフェは良かったです。カウンターの女性スタッフは柔らかく応対していませんでした。初日は2人宿泊でしたが、タオルが2枚しかなく、翌日にお願いして2枚追加で受け取りました。よく休めました。

アンデル駅の近くの西側に位置しているので、位置が少しあいまいですが、トラムもたくさん通っていて良いです。コストパフォーマンスも良く、掃除も行き届いています。冷蔵庫もあり、エアコンもよく効いていて、とても良いです！！

Front-desk staff very helpful even before our arrival in promptly answering our enquiry emails for needed info. On the day before our departure, the used coffee cups in both our 2 rooms were not replaced. Since your hotel is not located on a flat ground, when returning to the hotel, one has to walk up an incline. It would be very helpful to elderly to be able to enter the hotel garage to take the elevator (by using their room key to open the garage door, the same way as using the key to open their hotel room). Thus security is preserved.
