小さいホテルですが、お部屋はベッドやカーテンなどインテリアがかわいらしく、女性にはうれしい装飾になっていると思います。 また最寄り駅からも徒歩５分ほどでアクセスもよいです。名所のプラハ城にも歩いて行けますし、観光にも便利なよいホテルでした。

日本語はまったく通じませんが、スタッフは感じも良く、簡単な英語で十分です。 ３泊しましたが、朝食が種類豊富で、とっても美味しかったです。 場所も、カレル橋は近く、トラムと地下鉄の駅も近いので、どこへいくにも便利。

インターネットもロビーで無料で利用できます。ホテルのレセプションのある建物ははじめて訪れる人にはちょっとわかりにくい奥まった場所にあるので、プラハ到着が深夜だったこともあり、ホテルに送迎を頼みました。場所がわかれば、立地はどこに行くにも便利な場所です。私が泊まった部屋は、ホテルのレセプションから歩いて1分ほどの別の建物内にありました。

朝ごはんは地下で食べるのですが、日本にはない雰囲気で、私は気に入りました。レセプションの方も皆明るく親切でした。お部屋もツインで頼んだのですが、何部屋か見せて選ばせてくれるようでした。(最初に紹介してもらったお勧めのお部屋が気に入ったのでそのまま決めてしまいましたが。。)立地もよかったです。

I booked a hop-on, hop-off city tour, but the guide was not clear, and I waited 2 hours at the wrong stop. The next day, I booked a taxi to the bus station. Their taxi driver dropped it off at the railway station. It was so difficult to manage with luggage to come out and go to the bus station again. Luckily, I arrived much earlier and managed to pay again.

Our first time in Prague for a conference at a big chain followed by some personal time staying at the Waldstein while exploring Prague. The Waldstein had so much incredible character and it is in the most perfect location in Mala Strana only a few minutes walk to the castle, the monastery, & Charles Bridge! The staff was so friendly from the first welcome drink to packing us a breakfast before our 4:00 taxi which they also called for us. They we’re also really responsive if we needed anything, they came right over. The bathroom was big modern & heated, The Bed was like sleeping on a cloud, The breakfast area was beautiful and the food was perfect! 5 stars!

the location is near attraction but it is little hard to find it the first day even with map and asking people around. we were brought to the other building due to the rooms in the main building were full, but the other room is just too creepy, old, and with very low lighting, more like the room in the horror movies. We than request immediately to change room as it is different from what we booked! the staff manage to get us back to the main building the next day and we are back in the normal world. Breakfast is served at the basement and it is quite interesting, and food is good.

this hotel is a little tricky to find, as it is around the corner from another hotel that has waldstein in the name. we booked a room with two beds, which turned out to be a room off a locked hallway shared with another room that had an ensuite bath. the private toilet and shower for our room was in the shared hallway. weird. anyway, it was fairly quiet and we had small views of the castle from our window. the breakfast in the very old cellar is nice. there are a number of restaurants down the street towards the st.nicholas cathedral. there are lots of police about in the area because the czech parliament is practically next door, and there are a number of embassies nearby, so quite safe. the front desk is not 24 hours, but there is a buzzer to get someone after hours. there is a lift, but they do not let you use it. price was a bit high for what we got, but then it seems that most prices are high in praha 1.

すべてにおいて申し分なし。部屋も広く、常にスタッフの対応も迅速、かつ丁寧。 英語に堪能なスタッフも常駐しており、コミュニケーションに不安はない。 デラックススイートで、ベッドルームは2部屋、ダブルとシングルに分かれており 大人3人と幼児の添い寝には十分すぎる広さ。かわいらしい外観、内装が旅を盛り上げる。朝食はバイキング形式で、取り立てて特徴はないが、必要にして十分。
