Although the location of hotel is not in the town, we only need to walk about 5 mins to the tram station and bus station. Going to the old town and new town by public transportation only takes about 15-20mins. The rooms and the breakfast area are very clean,nice and cozy.

This hotel could have easily scored a high score with me. The rooms were large, very clean and the internet connection was good. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experiences. Smoking is allowed on the first floor of the hotel, which made my stay very uncomfortable. The smoke diffuses through the ventilation shafts and the rooms were very smoky. Smoking was a problem not only at this hotel, to be fair, but there was hardly a place you could walk in Prague without being subjected to second hand smoke. I spent 8 nights at the hotel. After the second night I was told I had to move to another room because the manager needed my room to hold a conference. I was told that I was going to be partially refunded for my inconvenience. Well, I moved and they conveniently forgot and then denied making amends about the partial refund promised. By day 8, I just wanted to leave and didn't make it an issue. In addition, from the first day, I told them that the radiator in the room wasn't working and the mornings were therefore quite frigid. I reminded them (even after moving rooms) and the radiator didn't start working until my 5th day there. Horrible service for a hotel with such great potential. As for customer service, it was very lacking. The only helpful person was the young blonde who runs the night shift. She was very considerate and helpful and greets with a smile. The other greeted with a sour face and were downright annoyed when requesting basic services. But don't worry, the manager doesn’t respond either! In spite of the overall lack of professional customer service and dysfunctional services, I must give credit where it is deserved. The rooms were cleaned daily and the wifi service was very decent. The bed was comfortable and the shower flowing. All in all, I give the hotel a 2 star out of 4 but if the manager reads this I can assure that if the problems are fixed, the stay could be like home.

服務態度一般,酒店雖然只有三層,可幸的是有電梯。不過若是住在尾房,WIFI的訊號會十分弱。有早餐,食物選擇還算可以的
