部屋はこじんまりとしていましたが、受付のスタッフの方の対応がとても良かったです！皆さん気さくで、親切でした。ロビーも落ち着く雰囲気で、のんびり過ごせました。

私たちはたった一泊だけ滞在しましたが、そのホテルは印象に残りました。スタッフは歓迎してくれて親切で、内装はとてもユニークな建築です。その上、併設されたバーで素晴らしいカクテルを楽しみました。また戻ってきます！

We absolutely love this hotel! The location is perfect and walkable to most attractions and it’s very close to the famed beer hall Lokal. The interior of the hotel is beautiful and you wouldn’t think it’s been going for generations! Place looks brand new and spotless. They also give free coffee and wine for tasting at the lobby and some sweet wine in the room upon arrival. Bed is comfortable and we slept very well after long tiring day of sightseeing. Breakfast has various selections but pretty much the same everyday. It’s ok cause we get fruits, eggs, cereal, pastries and that’s good enough for us. There are many good things to say bout this hotel but you just have to experience it to believe. Will definitely book again if I’m back in Prague. Thank you for the lovely time!

아주 만족합니다. 스텝들이 정말 친절합니다. 예약과정에 문제가 있었는데 끈기있게 해결해주었습니다. 호텔 리셉션 직원들도 너무 상냥하고 특히 줄리는 항상 도움을 주려고 해서 감동이었습니다. 호텔 규모는 작지만 장식들이 귀엽고 특히 1층 로비는 정말 예뻐요. 기본룸은 조금 작은편이라 그게 아쉬웠지만 깔끔했고 방에 항상 호텔 특제 술과 물이 있는것도 좋았습니다. 샤워기 수압이 시원시원한것도 좋았습니다. 위치는 올드타운에서 도보로 천천히 걸으면 10분정도 걸리는 곳이었는데 주변에 좋은 펍과 와인바가 있습니다. 그래도 조용했구요. 조식은 일반적인 호텔조식입니다. 지금껏 방문했던 호텔들 중에 만족감이 가장 높은 호텔 중 하나입니다. 다음에 프라하에 방문한다면 다시 이 호텔을 예약할것입니다. 강력추천합니다.

My sister and I stayed at the hotel last weekend, I must say what a find! From start to finish we received excellent service and a very warm welcome from all staff, the staff couldn't do enough to make our stay perfect! The hotel is immaculately clean. Breakfast has got a fantastic fresh selection and very delicious. Beds were so comfy along with all the bedding and towels! I absolutely love this hotel and will definitely be back! Location is great, it's central and very close to everything. Just perfect 👌

The hotel has a perfect location just a few minutes walk from everything. The room was clean. Staff was friendly. The drinks in the bar were also good. Overall, a very good choice if you are going to Prague.

I had a great stay with Hastal hotel during my vacation in Prague. I'd like to commend Eva, for the excellent customer service and for being very accomodating. Also the kitchen staff who always smiles during breakfast. The location of the hotel is okay, like 15minutes walk from the station. I love the breakfast, my room, and the frames along the wall. Would recommend this Hotel. -R. Garcia

Was my 2nd visit to Prague when i stay here.. Overall this hotel was very good for me. The staff really friendly and helpful. Just need improve the breakfast menu to cater different customers from around the world.. Will be staying here again when i visit Prague

The room was nice and clean, and bathroom was great, I had comfy and beautiful bath every night when I was staying Prague. Breakfast was good too, but if they have some fruits will be much better. And one last thing, workers there were so friendly and helpful, so from my experience of the hotel I'll give it 9/10

I had a truly lovely time at the Hotel Hastal in Prague this past weekend. It is very accessible by tram from the train station and is located in the quaint Old Town area. The hotel itself is a beautiful building with lovely rooms. Lots of Alphons Mucha Art Nouveau touches everywhere. The staff was friendly and helpful in booking tours and giving restaurant suggestions. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to beautiful romantic Prague!

The rooms are a touch small, but adequate and good for the price. The bathrooms had been recently refurbished and very good and clean. It is in a good position, in the old town area and just ten minutes leisurely walk from the centre of Prague. It's particular area was peacefully quiet, while just being round the corner from good shops for everyday needs. The English spoken is good and the staff are very accomodating.

このホテルは素晴らしかったです。私たちはここで最高の時間を過ごしました！ 本当にブティックホテルの定義そのもので、小さくて親密で、300年の歴史を持ち、5世代にわたって所有と運営が行われています。美しく、とても清潔で手入れが行き届いています。 朝食は素晴らしく、コーヒー、紅茶、ワインが24時間いつでもセルフサービスで用意されているのがとても便利でした。 そして最大の利点は、ホテルが文字通りすべての中心に位置していることです。たくさんの場所まで徒歩数分です！ 私たちは強くお勧めします！
