旧市街のど真ん中にあり、何でも便利。 ドミトリールームはベッド詰め込み過ぎ。カーテンもないのでちょっと厳しい。 キッチンはキレイで広く、冷蔵庫も手入れされてて非常に良かった。

I really liked the hostel and the people it’s located in the Center everything is so good connected. The room I’ve been was so beautiful, also the entre and the Outlook also the stuff we’re friendly next time again!!!💙

Hotelin konumu iyi, çalışanlar gayet güler yüzlü ve anlayışlı. Oda bakımsız,yataklar eskiydi. Pasaj içinde kaldığı için aynı mekanda hizmet veren italyan restaurantindan inanılmaz ses geliyordu. Wc küçüktu,banyo temiz hissettirmesi. Ortak olduğu için kullanıcılar da çok dikkatsiz davranıyordu.

The good: 1. Exceptional location. You can walk to all the major tourist attractions. 2. Lots of places to eat and drink 3. Clean rooms and bedsheets The bad: 1. In January their heaters weren't working - not in the room, not in the bathroom. They provided a replacement heater but just one for a dorm with 6 beds. 2. The toilets and bathrooms could be cleaned better. 3. My pair of keys to the main wooden entrance to the premises wasn't working. 4. The dishwasher and the microwave in the kitchen were not working. 5. Difficult to locate. No signboards but only the name written in black paint on a wall that may not be visible from your vantage point. It's a decent place to stay for a night or two or if you only come to the dorm to sleep. I'd give it 3 out of 5.

the bed was completely uncleaned, they just give u new linen and the bedsheet to cover up, however, when u were making the bed, basically u can find dusts, biscuit leftover, tissue paper etc. the bathroom condition wasnt that bad but the cleanliness of bed itself was so bad. The room stinks, and the bunk beds were squeaky, basically u cant sleep at all even with ear-plugs on. I cant sleep at all, do not recommend

I was a bit lost but i bumped into 2 staff members and they were really friendly and helped me to the rooms and the hostel.

This is the BEST room! It’s very spacious, and has its own full kitchen. The staff were great. This room is at the back that uses a separate entrance, so after hauling my luggage up to reception to check in, I discovered I would have to lug it all back down, and then up again in the next building. But the guy working the desk insisted carrying them for me. The location is awesome! Only a few minutes’ walk to Old Town Square and the astrological clock. I would stay there again.

Great location and very clean. Would recommend to anyone for a chilled night. Can be noisy but you are in the centre of Prague! Can be accessed at all times of check-in which is very useful!

“オーナーの態度がひどい”
普段はレビューを残しませんが、オーナーと掃除の女性の態度があまりに酷いため投稿します。 明らかにホステル側の不手際でダブルブッキングが発生したにも関わらず、「ソファで寝たのだから返金はしない」の一点張り。挙げ句の果てには警察を呼ぶ始末でした。態度は非常に横暴で、ホスピタリティ産業に従事すべき人間ではありません。 また掃除の女性に関しては、チェックアウト時間を過ぎると大声で話しながら部屋に入ってきます。まだ寝ている人も含め全員を叩き起こし、「チェックアウトか？」と詰問してきます。ステータスはレセプションで確認できるはずです。わざわざ寝ている人を叩き起こしたり、ロシア語やポーランド語で悪口を吐き捨てたりする必要はありません。 立地はいいですが、それ以外は最悪です。
