Me and my wife is so sad. Because we can’t extend our stay in this hotel. The best hotel staff I’ve experienced. Very clean very new very quiet very safe. Just too bad I couldn’t extend my stay. Location is perfect too. Bathrooms are clean with new tech installed all around the room. Amazing. Please go ahead and book don’t think twice if you see a room available

Breakfast is eatable. Rooms are clean. Location is good. In a need of a slightly better upkeep. The hotel reeks of mould.

This hotel is a short walk to metro or tram which will take you into old city Centre. The breakfast is pretty good and there is an excellent coffee shop next door. There are plenty of restaurants in the street and reception is staffed 24/7. The only thing I would have wanted different is a kettle to make a cup of tea in the room.

Not satisfaction as the safe was locked when we checked in and asked for reopening it for couple of times but no action. Finally the staff opened but cannot closed the safe which is no use for us. The room has no kettle even we have 3 nights stay in the hotel but was unable to get one upon our check out. The toilet was not really clean with the basin of the washing tub was unable to get out of the water well and the bath tub was dirty. Overall rating is only max 3-star.

Place was ok but not worth a 4 star. Air conditioning works it's own way. Even when turned off, it was playing up, tunirnin on, hot air blowing during the night... Smoke smell in the bathroom whenever it's a non smoking room. Helpful staff overcame these little things.

This hotel is a good hotel to stay at. But....... something that really bothered us was that the airco was not working. During our stay it was 32 degrees Celsius in Prague and since we thought there was airco in the hotel, we thought we would be comfortable. We weren't! The reception told us that the building is old and therefore the AC is not working as hard as it should be. It can only get the temperature 5 degrees lower (trust me, it didn't even do that). The hotel should not mention that they have AC in the rooms, cause they don't work! Other than the AC, the hotel has everything you need. It's clean, has a good location in the city (walking to main attractions), has spacious rooms, ok breakfast (although they don't know about the word: variety), and has comfort in the rooms. 4 stars? A little overrated if you ask me. Taxi from/to the airport costs about 700. I would book this hotel if I knew that the temperature outside wouldn't reach higher than 25 degrees.

Overall is good. Ok location, walkable to old town area with 15mins. Can actually walk to many area if you are a "walk" person like me, enjoy the stroll with view of Prague. Decent breakfast, helpful staff and clean. Not bad.

“新市街の安くて良いホテル”
旧市街までは少し歩くが散歩程度。むしろ夜は新市街の方が治安が良い。 部屋は広くて清潔、バスルームもバスタブ付きで広い。 朝食は種類も多く豪華。味も良い。 スタッフは皆親切で英語も余裕で通じる。 リピート決定。
