テーブルにあるお茶やコーヒーは無料サービスではなく有料(1杯50コルナ)であることに驚きました。その他、冷蔵庫にコーラやお酒類があります。Wi-Fiはとても貧弱でとてもネットサーフィンができる状況ではありませんでした。海外Simで接続した方が圧倒的に早かったです。 部屋は2人で2部屋(クイーンサイズのベットのある部屋、クローゼットとシングルベッドがある部屋)で贅沢させていただき、清潔を保たれておりました。位置は最寄りの地下鉄・トラムから400メートル程離れておりますが、途中に日本円でクレジットカード決済できるスーパーマーケットがあったり大きな通りにあるので見つけ易い上に、治安は問題ありませんでした。

I recently stayed at Amigo Center Hotel and was quite disappointed with the level of customer service, particularly from one of the female staff members who responded to our concerns in a rude manner. When I mentioned that Agoda indicated the check-out time as 12 noon, I was curtly told it was at 11 am, and that the hotel is not affiliated with Agoda. This is confusing and misleading, as I booked my two-night stay through Agoda. Additionally, I requested a 30-minute extension for check-out and was told it would cost €10 which felt unreasonable for such a short duration. On top of that, the hotel charges €1 per bag for luggage storage, a fee that is not mentioned on Agoda. Considering the service provided, I feel the value of money paid does not equate to the experience we received! Never again to this hotel!

The hotel is located on the main road 500 mtrs walking from I. P. Pavlova stop. ( This stop is connected by Metro and trams to city centre ) The check in was smooth - everything explained in detail regarding the deposit of 50 euros per room for the stay - coffee , tea sachets kept but at a charge . Hotel offers luggage room storage for early check in and late check out - that is secure as access is restricted to the front desk only. Room was clean and big for the price of single bed opted . Interiors were well done. Overall a comfortable experience and

Location is not very good, not near the metro and tram station. Front desk services is fair. Room is clean and the bed is comfortable. It is not satisfactory that tea and coffee are charged.

This hotel is a nice place to stay. It's in the heart of the city Center BUT this is a big but, the customer service skills and services are very BAD. The staff want to charge you for everything and anything not helpful at all. This was my honeymoon and I'll be honest all was very good except the service at the hotel. I left a message before hand to say it's our honeymoon and would like a bigger and better room, we would like a bath tub in our room. They cleaners would come and ask for a tip whilst cleaning which is terrible and also the staff at reception don't care about getting back to you about the facilities available. I was very unhappy and if I had a chance I would never book this hotel purely because of the staff customer service. Not happy

We arrived on the one of the hottest day in Prague. The hotel was a little bit far away from the subway station, so you need to walk a bit but it is still very centrally located and easy to find. the tea and coffee were not free which is not convenient but the breakfast was nice but only till 10.

중앙역에서 걸어가기는 조금 멀지만 지하철로 2정거장 간후 조금만 걸어가면 돼서 괜찮았습니다! 바츨라프광장까지 15분정도 걸어가면되고 구시가지까지도 30분내로 걸어갈수 있어서 좋았습니다. 에어컨있고 방도 컨디션도 나쁜편은 아니여서 푹 쉬다 왔습니다!

“Good hotel”
There isn’t any particularly outstanding service, but the room was clean, security was tight, and the staff provided polite customer service, making it a suitable hotel for travelers. The price is affordable, and I would like to use it again.
