“1泊の滞在”

高速道路に近く、スタッフはとても親切です。ホテルの延長部分の古い工事が未完成で、最初はあまり魅力的ではありませんでしたが、内部に入るとホテルの稼働部分はすべて良かったです。

“追加料金を支払う必要があり、ホテルの運営が不十分です。”

変な追加料金、例えば保険料や登録料を支払わなければならない（市税とは別に）。さらに、ホテルの運営が悪く、テレビが故障していて、トリプルルームなのに十分なタオルがなく、無料のボトル水もなく、チェックインしたときには食料品店が閉まっていて、その夜の飲み物がなくなってしまいました。部屋も息子のアレルギーを引き起こした可能性があり、おそらく空気の質が悪かったせいです。

“写真ではより良く見えます。”

ホテルはザグレブの外に位置していることは知っていましたが、バスとトラムで市内中心部まで約1時間かかるとは思いませんでした。朝食は平凡で、部屋は奇妙に見えました（ドアで仕切られていないジャグジーと、普通の冷蔵庫の代わりにワイン冷蔵庫がありました）。部屋は古臭く見えました。

“The worst hotel”

The reception isn't open after 10 pm. Nobody was there after 10 pm at reception. Staff is not friendly.

Good place to stay for travelers driving through Croatia and in need of a stay over night in Zagreb. City center about 20-30 min away with no traffic. The only complaint I would have is AC that turned on and off randomly so the room would get hot in the middle of the night

We had booked a room with breakfast and inclusive access to the spa (clearly stated in the booking confirmation). We only chose this hotel due to the spa to kill some time with the kids before our flight out. Upon arrival we were told that the spa was closed due to high energy prices. Had we known this before, we would never have chosen this hotel. After I insisted we were not happy with the situation, they let us use the jaccuzzi in another hotel room (but not sleep there). Kids liked it so all good I guess. Breakfast was pretty basic but the price was also good.

“Worst management and breackfast”

Well first of all,because we traveled by car and we know that we will arrive late,we call to inform that we will check in very late ,about 1,2 o clock morning.We got an answer that s nobody there at reception(because of corona,worst reason )and that they will leave the key outside under a brick and search on reception some paper complet them and leave it at desk. Well at 1 o clock we arrive and we had to play find the object(respective )room card that was under a stone on front of hotel,we went to the room where i give 5 stars for cleaning,but dissapointed because the dutty stuffs(tooth brush,ears cottons and pads )was not and shower gel bottle was almost empty .The water at bathroom was not hot so i had to hurry up to shower.In morning ,because we were ro tired to write what receptioner have to write ,we got phoned at 8 o clock to woke up and bring this paper!that s not respectfull first for costumer,to disturb me at this hour and breackfast very smal!Sorry worst hotel management!

Very small space. The attitude of irresponsible employees. Terrible noise in the banquet hall on the first floor until dawn. I don't want to recommend any of the worst hotels.

“Good location and facilities”

Hotel was relatively easy to find. Rooms were well kept. Pool and jacuzzi were nice additions to the overall stay.

“Business traveller”

Internet connection was not working, which was really bad because I was on a business trip and I desperately needed internet connection for business purpose.

“Nice stay but out of town”

Would have been perfect if spa and relaxation centre was working properly.

“Wrong choice for us”

We picked the wrong hotel so this review is based on that. This hotel is actually quite a ways from Zagreb in more of an industrial area of town. Luckily we were just passing through so it worked out alright but if you actually wanted to spend any time in the city of Zagreb I would not recommend this hotel.

“Great hotel for a relaxing stay.”

Overall the short stay was great. The hotel is located 30 mins by taxi from city centre, probably not a bad thing. If you chose this hotel get a taxi or transfer straight from airport. Don't go into the city first !!! Once there enjoy the facilities of gym, spa, sauna and current pool. All excellent. This would be a great place to simply relax in a convivial environment.

“It suited our purpose of stay. ”

We chose this hotel because we wanted smthg close to the airport as we had an early flight the next day. I would say this hotel has a lot of potential to be really successful... unfortunately, I don't think plans have worked out very well for them seeing as which the rest of the hotel and the proposed shopping mall hasn't been finished. Still it is a rather nice hotel with nice modern facilities. My room was clean and I liked the decor very much. The corridors smelt fresh every day. The memory foam bed was really nice to sleep on, except that the aircond wasn't cold. It's in the middle of summer and the AC was blowing ambient air. I asked the front desk but there was little they could do to help. I did not sleep at all and I was all sweaty the next morning. THankfully we could open the window and that there were no mosquitoes. On the plus side, we ordered room service and everything we ordered was delicious ~ my compliments to the chef! Even the breakfast spread the following morning was pretty decent. The spa center was empty so we had the whole place to ourselves. The spa center has a tanning bed, a jacuzzi, a twelve-person whirlpool and static swimming pool. I liked the mood lighting that changed colours on the ceiling. The staff were all very pleasant to us.

“Hotel outside Zagreb with comfortable rooms”

i have choosen this hotel because of the location outside and it's easy access to the highway. room was big and well equipped. breakfast was very good. behind the hotel there are enough free parking possibilities. adjacent to the hotel their will be the phoenix plaza. this project has a delay but in case it is being realized it will be loud for the building period. if you want to go out for dinner you have to drive into the city. next to the hotel there are no restaurants.

“Suitable for business or self driving trip ONLY”

Location of the hotel is not very ideal though it's juz 15 minutes from Zagreb airport (by taxi : ~300 kn), it takes more than an hour if you go by public transport. Besides, it takes about 35 minutes from hotel to city ( bus 269 + tram ), where most of the attractions located! About the breakfast, there are many food you can choose from, and of course most of them are fresh! But they don't refill at all, if you get in late, you will find some dishes are just empty without any replacement. Service is satisfactory and the staff is helpful and friendly too! One more thing, the Wifi there is perfectly steady wherever inside the hotel.
