Located near the port area, close to bus station, just tge street was not nice and bit far from the old town, though bus takes 5 mins to get there. I would recommend.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this accommodation, which consists of guest rooms provided by a family in Dubrovnik, Croatia. The room was perfect and met all our needs. Although a family lives in the same building, the access to the guest rooms is completely independent and private. The room was clean, with good towels, a nice shower, a refrigerator, a hairdryer, and a very comfortable bed with excellent pillows and sheets in great condition. We were able to rest well during our days in Dubrovnik, as the property is away from the noise of more touristy areas. Its location near the bus station is a great advantage, and to reach the Old Town you can simply buy a ticket on the corner and take any of several routes that drop you off there. The accommodation is also right in front of a large marina, which is well worth exploring on foot. Several supermarkets and bakeries can also be found nearby. We also found the host, Senada, to be an exceptionally generous, kind, and welcoming person. She treated us wonderfully, offering us coffee in the morning, and we even spent an afternoon talking with her, despite the fact that neither of us spoke perfect English. Thanks to her, we were able to learn more about this beautiful place, and we are deeply grateful for her generosity and dedication in providing an excellent space for visitors to rest. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a quiet, family-style stay with many conveniences and an excellent location.

About 25 mins walk (or 10min bus) to the old town which is good as you will be away from noise and traffic. Is located somewhere flat without much stairs too. Owner is very friendly and would be physically welcome you and show you the room and share other useful info. This small human touch makes the stay a lot more welcomed . It also has all I would need for a short stay

Nice little place, a short bus ride from the centre of town (frequent buses) and veryhandy for the bus station and Dubrovnik beer company taproom! quiet, relaxed and just what I needed, and way cheaper than the excessive costs of the centre .
