Even they were repairing the street on the front, there was no bothering noise, attention was very good, staff super helpful, concierge service is escellent! No doubt I would repeat

We were amazed by the beauty, genuine friendliness and beautiful property. This was one of the best overall hotels we have stayed at the world over. We would return to Bogota just to relive the experience.

I've stayed here several times now and for me it is one of the best hotels in town. It has comfortable rooms, friendly staff, a nice breakfast buffet and is located in a very nice and safe areas full of restaurant, bars and shops. This time I was given a room on the second floor (210), which is located above the garage. So overtime they opened the gate, i heard it. I could also hear people talking loudly in the lobby, which was a bit annoying as i am a light sleeper. I asked for another room, but the hotel was completely full. Luckily, I could change the next day and they gave me a very quiet room. Well done, I will be back.

Already at arrival you have the impression that this nice construction, well location and a good member of the Sofitel chain. Hotel has well equipped rooms, but they are too dark and tiny. Big plus is the bed comfort, but you can hear some noise from the busy city (there are plenty of nice restaurants in the same street). Also there is attentive staff. Hotel is not a bad choice at all, but review final price, as Agoda will add additional charges, such as taxes to the final price, which is substantially higher that what is displayed. You may consider Marriott or Starwood for better value for money.

Stayed here for 4 nights for the first time. So far it is the best hotel I have stayed in Bogota. Great value for money, good location. Staff is very friendly and all of them speak English. The rooms are spacious, furniture still looks very new. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel is quiet (something I was missing in my last hotel). All amenities like in-room safe, ironing board/iron, flatscreen TV, desk, bathroom with bathtub and free and reasonably fast WiFi in the room (and the rest of the hotel). I loved the breakfast. The selection may look small at the beginning, but everything is nicely presented, fresh and delicious. Fresh juices are always a great plus and here you have 5 to choose from. The location of the hotel is great, too. Your spoilt for choice when it comes to restaurants within walking distance. Zona T is full of them and bars and 3 shopping malls.

“Super nice”
This hotel is located in a great area, walking distance to shops, it’s in a nice part of the town, the hotel is very clean and modern and updated, I highly recommend it.
