非常に汚いホテル

“スタッフがあまり”

泊まった部屋は広くて居心地良かったのですが、スタッフが親切ではない。。場所が地図と違っていてすごく迷いました。掃除はあまり行き届いていません。共有スペースというかロビーも寒くて寒くて、休憩したいのにいられない、、というかんじでした。部屋はよいけど、、サービスがよくないかな。近くに大きなスーパーがあってそこが近くて良かったです。

場所的にとてもいいですが、金額に対し、スタッフの質が達していません。部屋には最小限のお茶っ葉もありませんでした。

リクエストに、快く対応してくれる女性スタッフが居てます。 スマホの翻訳機能を上手に使って、中国語が出来なくても英会話でオッケー。

フロントは英語通じず　デポジットを毎日のように客に取るのに　そのデポジットという英語も勉強しない最低れべる 横で笑ってる年配の女性　お前が上なんだからおまえが英語くらい理解すべき　場所はわかりにくく　部屋も広いだけで古くて　コンセントも壊れてた　カードも使用不可でした　中国でカード通用するのは世界チェーンくらいです ここならibisの方が半額で何倍もいいよ

“Great location poor in everything else”

Suppose to stay here for 6 nights but cut it to two (not that I wanted too at all). Front desk can’t speak English but did the effort to use translator. When entered floor from the lift it reminded me of the movie “the shining” gloomy and all. Hotel room was clean but totally run down, inspect it further god there was old dust everywhere. The chairs are run downed with stains on it. Bed looks clean though. Toilet had flooding always. Best part I came in winter and they don’t have a heater. Call Agoda for refund and cut the stay short. Had to stay extra night cause of the cancellation policy. Initially said all room have heaters then said will change room with heater finally said can only give comforters. It’s winter for god sake. Please if even in tight Budget get somewhere else. Farewell the shinning. Your grand days are gone and don’t believe the pictures.

No doubt the location is close to the attractions. But the staff does not speak English at all. The room floor was too dirty that you do not want to put your feet on it. The washroom was awful. I just stayed their two night basically closing my eyes and not looking around. Sometime the cheap does not mean a good option.

“Dirty and poor facility cheap hotel”

The hotel facility is very poor condition, refrigerator doesn't work, carpet is dirty. Sofa is left just frame and pain your ass.

The hotel is located at a good location( walking distance to drum tower and Muslim quarter) howler ever this hotel is an old hotel which is due time for updated. In spite of making a specific request during booking for non smoker and twin set bed hotel room, we were given a smoker specific with double bed hotel room instead. Door to the toilet cannot be closed properly. Shower floor is unclean and slimy. The room phone is not working . Receptionist- poor language barrier. What make it bare able to us was it strategic location.

It was a little run down like the previous reviews. The staff checked us in quickly. I just showed them our passport and booking number. The deposit was $300. The beds were decent and the bathroom had a separate shower. Towels and slippers were soft. I would say it was a good value for the money. We even booked a no window and they gave us a window anyways. I would stay there again.

Don't believe in pic detail from agoda site, the place kinda past their prime, picture could possibly took from decade ago. Hotel located in walking distance to bell tower and drum tower and that could be the only good thing about it.

The location was great. The hotel had probably seen better days but is definitely not 4 star as listed. Bathroom not cleaned well. Cheap and looked much better in advert. Lesson: You get what you pay for.

“Do NOT stay there”

While there may be sone small spota of molds even in a 4-star hotel, the tough mold stains in the bathroom of this hotel was plain aweful. Room was old and carpet was filthy. Management: please remove this hotel was your website. If don't trust me, at least check it out ofr yourself.

“Terrible”

Possibly the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Service was terrible. When we first arrived and were checking in, the lady was either incompetent or just lazy, probably both. She checked the computer 3 times for my booking and couldn't find it. She then told me to rebook it through the same website, I told her no and showed her the receipt and conformation emails I had received. She then went to check again but still couldn't find it. An older man came (maybe a manager) and told her to, presumably (in Mandarin), check more thoroughly so off she went for another 5/10 minutes. She finally found it so we eventually got into our room after over 30 minutes of waiting due to her incompetence. Another thing about service, they won't book taxis and won't even help to try and find one. And none of them can speak a word of English, which doesn't help when experiencing the issue we had. The room itself was dirty, stains all over the floor and hair in the bathroom. When we arrived back from our sightseeing one day, the room smelled of cigarettes and was coming from the ventilation/AC and wouldn't stop. It was disgusting. The lights in the room didn't work properly either as well as some of the sockets. If I had to say one good thing about it, it's located quite centrally and near lots of restaurants. All in all a terrible hotel and would not recommend it to anyone.

“Dirty and humid”

The room was big but it was very dirty and smell terrible... the only thing good is the location it was not so bad.
