中学生の子供と三人の滞在。フロントでチェックインの際、agoda経由でリクエスト及び支払い済みの、エキストラベッドが用意されていなく。催促をすると、「ツインルームで広い部屋にアップグレードしたのでその部屋に泊まって」と言われ部屋に行くと、狭い部屋に狭いベッドのツインルームでした。内線で話しても対応してくれず、結局泣き寝入り。agodaのカスタマーサポートに電話したら、対応良く、迅速に差額返金対応してくれたのがせめてもの救いでした。　朝食時も事前にフロントで3人分付いていると確認をしていたにもかかわらず、レストランで追加料金を請求されました。シェラトンのメンバーで、他のホテルより高くても使っていますが、シェラトンでこんな対応をされたのは初めてで、がっかりしました。

Breakfast was good. I can eat only a limited number of things due to dietary restrictions but I found enough choice. I got a good price through Agoda. Service was excellent. Location was not ideal but okay.

Enjoyed staying at Xi an Sheraton. When we went on the Beijing, we decided to stay at Sheraton as well. To our disappointment, the service is so much different. The counter staffs are so rude and impatient. No service at all.. Really have doubt about the standardisatlon of service of Sheraton

“Very hot room in the winter”

We have booked 4 Deluxe rooms with two nights for our 4 persons in January 2014. The outside of the hotel very cold temperature, around -3 to -6 C degree. But, in our hotel room very hot. We can't stop or adjust our room temperature. Can't sleep well man. The hotel look clean & quiet. They prepared many kind of foods for breakfast. But, I don't like. The free Wi-Fi internet no need password is very good.

“Decent western hotel”

Sheraton Xian Hotel is conveniently located near the 600-year-old City Wall, adjacent to the West Second Ring Road, and close to the city center. It’s just 35 minutes from Xian Xianyang International Airport (XIY). The hotel offers free breakfast at the lounge and free upgrade from Deluxe to Club Executive room for SPG Platinum members. The reservation staff was helpful in arranging transportation with a taxi driver going to the Terracotta Warriors. The concierge was also helpful in arranging transportation to/from the airport.

“Positive experience due to constructive feedback”

Our first dining experience was well below a loyal guest's expectation of what Sheraton hotels are known for, worldwide. However, Executive Chef, personally ensured our final dining experience was a highlight of our stay. His professional approach exemplifies the Sheraton brand & our dealings with him has ensured we will continue to stay in Sheraton hotels throughout our travels. Guest room needs renovation to help maintain everyday cleanliness & to retain global Sheraton deluxe brand including replacement of carpet & regular steam cleaning of carpet. Air conditioning system requires upgrade. A guest staying on a 'Non-Smoking' Floor should not be subjected to stale smoky air being recycled through the air conditioning vents in the room. To get a more comfortable night's sleep we resorted to shutting off the air conditioning.

It made us feel at home immediately when we arrived in this authentic American hotel, especially after our night train ride to the dusty ancient city in China. The room has good size, well appointed with new furniture. The bed is heavenly soft. We stayed in Chinese 5-star hotels in other cities and found their beds too hard. The bathroom is clean and spacious. Towels are soft and absorbent. The hotel is up to Sheraton standard. It is the details that made us feel at home, which we appreciate even more while traveling in China.
