スタッフが英語しゃべれないのが難点

写真と比較して部屋は狭く感じたが，二人で泊まる分には適当だった。電車やチケットの手配を依頼したが，迅速に手続きを行ってくれ，好感を持った。

買い物にも便利な場所です。 ホテルからのプレゼントの果物も、豪華な果物でした。 ホテルからのプレゼントのチョコレートもおいしかったです。 外観のイメージとは、大きく違って内装や設備も綺麗でした。 また、利用したいホテルです

“The facilities are outdated and I ordered 2 person in a room. They provide breakfast single. ”

Location is ok, but the facilities are outdated old. They give single breakfast and never inform us beforehand, the staff told us to pay more after we started eating. It is not expensive but just not what I expect . The walls are falling apart if you look at the exterior. I wouldn’t stay even if heavily discounted.

I have had booked the room include breakfast, Agoda not show me that how many person can use free breakfast. I had already chosen 2 people for my room but why just only one person can use. I really upset but the breakfast is not important to me but once we go to the restaurant of this hotel they tell me only one person can have and another must to pay for that. I feel very disappoint and so very very embarrassed This is the first time happen to my trip. I have traveled to many country and Agoda just show include breakfast and that's all. not showing me how many person because I booked for 2 persons.

“Maybe once quite fancy - now a tired hotel”

As ever, looks good in the photos, but in reality the hotel is a little tired and beat up on the exterior. The location is not great being surrounded by particularly run down properties. The staff were helpful on the plus side. The bathroom was not bad either. The size of the room was quite small and a surprise after the quite large corridors. The decoration was tied with the wallpaper showing signs of wanting to be replaced. Listed price was near 1000RMB, but attracted to choose it by the over 50% discount... as it was, the hotel was not worth the 425RMB or so I paid. Cheaper, newer, boutique-style, hotels along the river in the newer developed retail space. Sorry to say, not recommended.. not the hotel it looks like it once could have been.

“Noisy nights”

The hotel rooms are comfortable and clean enough, the staff is kind but the windows have "paper glasses" and it's like sleeping down on the noisy road

“Great location and staff, less than great facilities”

The location is pretty solid for getting around to other parts of town, easy to hail a taxi and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The building is on a corner and my room faced the street, which was quite noisy starting very early (even on Sunday) and difficult to ignore. This may be made worse as you'll likely want to keep the window opened - the room is quite stuffy, and I managed to break a serious sweat just sitting around even though the outside temp was a mere 20ºC. Breakfast was good.

I really liked my stay in this hotel. Very clean & much better than any 5 star. The products in the toilet are of amazing quality. However, The hotel overcharged me which i will hv to complain. I booked this hotel @ $ 61 and paid with my debit card during checking out. The slip i paid was in RMB which I did not check. I later saw in my statement that i was charged approx $ 72. If staying here travellers must be careful.

“Super nice and comfortable hotel”

The hotel was great. There's a lot of beeping on the street, but from my experience, that's Chinese cities in general. I found a couple good local restaurants nearby. Google Translate is a handy app to have :) It worked out well for my trip, and I would stay here again. I didn't eat the food at the hotel, so I can't comment on that. It would have been cool to find a bar nearby.

“Very nice boutique hotel”

Didn't know what to expect. Got dropped off my car. There is no drive or drop-off zone in front of the hotel, and its located on the corner of a busy T-junction, but cab drivers in China have no problems with just stopping anywhere so we got out right in front of the main door. Concierge is on the first floor and reception is on the 2nd. Receptions staff were friendly and helpful. Their English was pretty good and they even lent us a tourist map and marked on a few good places/street to look for somewhere to eat. Rooms are much smaller than your standard Chinese hotel, but there had a European boutique feel to them. Lots of facilities for drinks, food and comfort (L'occitane soaps etc) - although the packet of Durex placed on the corner of the bedside table was a little too seedy. The big let down was the air con. No matter what setting or temperature you selected it seemed to make no difference, so the room temperature was just higher than comfortable. When we mentioned it in the morning the reception staff did apologies and admitted the air-con system is due to be refurbished as apparently the cooling pipework is currently "clogged up". The room I was in also faced the front of the hotel so overlooked the busy T-junction mentioned before. This wouldn't have been too much of an issue as the rooms are double-glazed but the french door style windows in my room didn't lock properly at the top so let in a little more sound than normal which made getting to sleep slightly more difficult - thankfully I was shattered on the 2nd night I stayed there. Breakfast was good, although the staff were a little slow to replenish things like fresh fruit, coffee, fruit juices etc. Location of the hotel was quite refreshing. There was enough of a bustle to the surrounding area that it made wandering the streets a bit more like exploring. Lots of interesting sights and sounds. I would stay again... when they have fixed the air-con (and the window).
