I booked a room on the upper floor on behalf of a family member, which costs slightly more than those rooms on the ground floor. The operator decided to accommodate my family member on the ground floor instead and not provide any compensation or partial refund. Room was not cleaned after 1st night stay and front desk gave the excuse that housekeeping was probably too busy! Breakfast was awful! The only consolation was the property was almost at the doorstep of ZhouZhuang Old Town

The hotel is located right in front of the entrance to the scenic area, we took DiDi car from Xitang to 莘塔汽车客运站, and we took a red "tuktuk" kind of motorbike into the village which cost us 10RMB. The hotel is designed elegantly with a small garden in the compound. It is walking distance to most of the interesting spots of the water village. Breakfasts served in set and they were delicious.

Extremely well position and convenient. But quite unknown. One of the better ones in Zhouzhuang aside fr Blossom Hill and Xiao Yuan er opposite of this accommodation, ie, right by the river. Choose a room w river view. Breakfast is heartwarming. All the decorations are tasteful and well thought. Comfortable bed and nice surroundings
