ホテルのどこへ行っても、スタッフの方の接客が素晴らしく、中国であることを忘れてしまいそうです。 クラブルームに宿泊しましたが、クラブラウンジのスタッフの方が、 いつも笑顔で話しかけてくださり、とっても居心地がよかったです。 一つだけ、最初に案内されたお部屋にありさんの行列が・・・ すぐにお部屋は交換していただけたので何も問題はありませんでしたが、 少しびっくりしました。 まぁ自然いっぱいのところなので、仕方ないのかなとも思います。 また是非宿泊したいです。

宿泊客が多いので紛れる事ができるのが長所。 ビーチはマンダリンオリエンタルよりきれいでいい。 ビーチにはリゾートの雰囲気がある。 ホテルからビーチまでは意外と距離がある。 建物自体少し日本の団地みたい。 ホテル内のレストランは高く、外で食べようと町にでようとしても、タクシーで時間もお金も結構かかる

Unfortunately very disappointed with Ritz in Sanya this time. We used to come here every year for short get away weekend, but yesterday we found out the long beautiful beach in no more there. Management of the property didn’t inform us in advance about this issue, furthermore they refused to make our stay better and upgrade us to sea view then the hotel is half empty. Many Russian tourist come here for long holidays but checking out after 2-3 night and try to move to other hotels. Recommendation: check with management before your reservation if the beach was fixed. Positive: the staff is friendly and helpful, extremely well trained Room is super clean and well maintained

It didnt meet the expectations of a Ritz. The most badly maintain Ritz that I had stayed in. Carpet was dirty and the room is stale. The whole room dont smell fresh at all.

Perfect weekend trip. Not much of a beach and not cheap, but good facilities, good food, and friendly and courteous staff...really no need to ever leave resort grounds. Stayed at another similarly priced resort (which will remain unnamed) and the contrast was drastic: you can tell that Ritz (Marriott) invested heavily in building and maintaining the property and training its staff, and it definitely pays dividends as I'll be returning to this property should I ever visit Sanya.

Booked the 2BR villa for a chilled getaway. While the villa is certainly not cheap, it is very spacious and luxurious. It is beachfront as advertised but there is some shrubbery for some privacy, so the view of the ocean is somewhat obscured. Very commendable service from our butlers as well. The main pool is pretty good as well. Wide selection of breakfast.

Good experience. The child friendly swimming pool, children's activity room and also the beach are very good. My family really had a good time here. It would be better to have more child friendly swimming pool with comfortable temperature.
