地下鉄駅がホテルのすぐ下にある為、とても便利です。スタッフの臨機応変な対応が素晴らしいです。また、バスタッブとシャワー室が綺麗でとても快適でした。３度目のお泊まりなので、次回も南京の第一選択肢として選ばせていただきます。唯一、ベット周りの掃除がもう少し丁寧にしていただきたいです。

I stayed here for 10 nights probably, and going back to the hotel room after daily schedules was the most exciting moment every day:) Service was great, location was perfect-only a station away from the busiest shopping street but still accessible to everywhere with the subway station on the B2 floor of the hotel, and 2nd floor you can go to the department store that has everything... like seriously, the best place!

A really good downtown hotel located directly over a Metro station , shopping mall and food court. The room, view, Gym and pool are good :) The only (mild) disappointment was breakfast - it was OK but just not up to the standard of the rest of the hotel - I felt for the money the street breakfast only 2 minutes walk away on Zhongshan Lu was a much tastier option! :) I'll be going back again :)

Room is not cleaned enough. Still see dust and hair on the floor and table. Swimming pool and gym are shared with the public wellness membership. Breakfast is local 3 star standard. Totally not worth for 5 star price.

Wonderful posh hotel experience in a fantastic location. The room was huge, the bed very comfortable and the bathroom was massive! We used the pool twice and overall it was better than other Chinese hotel pools. Too many kids though! Don't forget your swimming cap. The breakfast was the only disappointing aspect, but that could be because they're renovating the breakfast room this month and so moved it to their Chinese restaurant. This room is way too small to hold so many people and they weren't able to refill the buffet fast enough to keep up with the amount of people. It was quite a cluster ****! But overall for about ¥600 a night it was worth it and I'd stay there again.

Great location with a selection of good value restaurants in the building (Pho Saigon on the 4th floor was Excellent), very convenient to the metro and walking distance to lots of interesting local things! A great place to stay :)

Location is just right on top of MRT station but no indication nor direction where is the front desk? Also upon check in was told have to pay extra for breakfast.

The hotel is strategically located just above a metro station that makes travelling easy - it's also connected to the shopping mall adjacent to it. The staff provided excellent service and the room spacious and clean. The only issue we encountered was the temperature inside the room - despite switching on the air-conditioning and setting the temperature at the low-twenties, the temperature in the room kept rising throughout the night and even hit 30 degrees at one point. It got to the point where switching it off was actually a better option. This happened across 3 rooms that we had stayed in on two separate occasions. We eventually did manage to request for change of rooms in which the air-conditioning worked fine, so kudos to the service staff.

Pro: Location perfect, directly above metro. Gym is brand new, spacious and well equipped. Staff friendly (as as I can tell - see below Rooms clean and spacious. Con: Everything has seen it's best time. Needs renovation or price drop. Out dated technology and style. Beds are way too soft, feels like swimming. Key cards system works every third attempt if you are lucky. Breakfast: a lot of stuff but kind of loveless, especially the western breakfast items. No rotation at all. After the second day you ve seen and had everything. Staff: you are lucky if you find staff with English skills. Hard to communicate. Better for native guests. Air conditioning was not working, or to be correct it was heating the room up. changed room same problem. So I guess a general problem. Staff said, Chinese people like it warm. I didn't. So overall a mediocre experience. Was okay but for western tourist I would recommend a other hotel.
