清潔感溢れるお部屋にウェルカムフルーツと絶品のスイーツで旅の疲れが癒されました。ベッドも広くゆったり身体を休めることができます。隣接するショッピングセンターがあるのも便利。朝のひと時、目の前に広がる公園を散歩できる環境も最高！ハルビンを訪問する時はいつもソフィテルと決めています。

初ハルビン旅行で２泊しました。 最初、１キングベットだったので２ベットに変えてほしいとリクエストしてましたが、メッセージいってませんでしたが、２ベットにしていただきました。 シャワーとバスタブが分かれているのがいいですね。 水の圧もよかったです。

食事はホテル内でしなかったので評価できないが、ルームサービスで頼んだサンドイッチはおいしかった。 最悪なのは、後で気づいたことだが、予約時に事前にルームチャージをクレジットカードにて支払い済みだったにもかかわらず、チェックアウト時にも請求され、クレジットカードにチャージされたため二重払いになってしまったことである。この点は早急に対処してほしい。

This hotel is extremely old and our room smelt terribly of cigarette smoke. The carpets and furniture was extremely old and the breakfast room was crowded and we were often crammed and waited long periods of time. I wanted to love this hotel especially for the name and the price we paid however it is just to dated. The staff were amazing.

My booking through Agoda did not include breakfast but other members of the group booked the same hotel with breakfast at about the same price. We booked the hotel room around the same time but the difference was quite big as separate payment for the breakfast was RMB160 per day per person. The hotel itself was of high standard with good meal in the morning.

the room is clean nice and comfortable. if you want wind,ask for lower floor. I had 1 night on higher floor it was no wind at all even the outside was so cold.

Did not get the rooms we initially booked which was the city view of the room. There was some challenges when we tried to book transport from the hotel to pick us up due to language difference, and ended up had to take a taxi from the airport which was very small and uncomfortable. The hotel concierge did assist us when we were there with land tours and was very helpful.

SOFITEL has a good location, it's nearly by Wanda Plaza. They has a good accommodation. I really LOVE thire Bathtub with red wine bubble (Can request at service center). but the heater not be good as it should will be cuz the weather in the room is a little bit cold. However. in the overall i like this hotel and will be back again. LOVE IT!

Rooms were clean and cozy. Hotel is located next to Wanda Mall. Humidifier was provided in room which was a plus point since we visited during the cold winter. Fruits were also provided during our stay. Restaurants are about 10-15 mins walk away. Overall satisfied stay!
