The wood theme of the hotel is very special. The free car rental service and free airport pick up is good for travellers. Alex at front desk is friendly and helpful. The bath supplyment is l'occitane brand. Its quality is beyond my expectation and its price. It would be even greater if: The shuttule service to downtown can be opreated. The TV can enable HDMI connection with PC. Make the elevator system simpler.

- Not a good hotel, many staff need training. - Cigarette smells is everywhere especially during breakfast. - When you call front desk and ask about transport, they will ask you to call transport section yourself as they wouldn't help to transfer the call. - Booked with Agoda but has been asked to cancelled and book directly with them when we arrived and we feel something fishy. - Assigned to smaller room when we booked a bigger room and have to move to another room when we question them

It was perfect from the moment we touch down in airport. Free airport transfer although had to wait for a fair bit as the cars were delayed due to an road accident. The only glitch was that they gave us a very hot room initially. But changed for us only after 1 hour of communications. The 2nd room was big , spacious and clean. Design was modern. The breakfast was international fare. even though we had breakfast there for 4 days. we didn't get sick of the food. Staff was ok, some speaking good English. They also provided free car usage due to promotion but as foreigners, we could use the car. So they gave us 1 gift pack/ night of stay instead (either 2 free towels or a bathroom). very generous. The only drawback is that it is far from central street. Cause quit a fair bit in transport. And has difficulties in getting cab back. the surrounding is also extremely quiet. No other establishments around.

酒店的服務人員, 態度親切有禮, 能夠適時察覺住客的需求予以協助, 入住'的第三天, 酒店進行客房裝修工程, 產生噪音, 經反映後, 立即更換至不受干擾的樓層. 客房裝潢有民族特色, 乾淨舒適, 下次仍會選擇入住

就距離中央大街太遠還有附近生活機能太差，若有個小便利店或小超市在旅館內會更棒幾乎完美！

“Not foreigner friendly”
worst 5 star hotel i have ever stayed! the room was 30°C hot! they told us it cannot be changed we should open the window, at 40th floor! We sleep naked and feelt like in a sauna and the open window let us feel sleeping beside a trainstation. during dinner we been ask to pay for, it couldnt be put at our room! if a chinese guest around, you will be ignored until they are treated. In top of that the hotel is far from the center.
