ホテルは最近リフォームされましたが、異臭はありません。西湖の近くに位置し、周囲の環境は素晴らしく静かで、家族旅行に非常に適しています。他の観光地にもアクセスが良いです。ホテルのそばにはたくさんの茶の木があり、新しく取れた龍井茶はとても美味しいです。ホテルの朝食は豊富で、純牛乳や新鮮なジュースがあります。従業員はとても親切で、周囲の観光スポットを詳しく説明してくれます。友達にも宿泊を勧めるつもりです。

上香古道の上にあり、西湖、西溪、霊隠寺にとても近いです。小さな庭の配置は非常に雅致で、スタッフの態度も良く、特に殷小姐が私たちの部屋をアップグレードしてくれました。残念なのは、中央空調が冷房を入れていなかったため、昼間は部屋が少し暑かったことです。

西湖東側の喧騒から遠く、静かで、しっとりと落ち着いた環境。食事は外部レストランとなるが、市街地からは遠くないのでタクシーで気楽に外出できる。ホテルからの景色は決して風光明媚とは言えないが、情緒のある、歴史深い建物の内側、中庭のスペースは心地のよい雰囲気を醸し出していて、ビル方の大型ホテルとは違う、 落ち着きを感じさせて印象が深い。

とても良い環境で、素敵なホテルでした。 ただ、中に庭で夜遅くもしくは朝早く、しゃべったり、飲んだりしていた 中国人のグループが居たので少しうるさかったかな。

上海入りした初日に伺いました。失礼な言い方ですが、中国なので正直ここまで清潔で設備・備品が備わっているとは思っておらず予想外にゆったり気持ちよく過ごせました。ベッドの感じも良く、普段不眠症気味の私が久し振りにグッスリ眠れリフレッシュ！スタッフも親切です。中国が全く出来ない私には、西湖からメモを見せても乗せてくれるタクシーがなく、徒歩で行きましたが、凸凹の石畳の多い道を行くので、キャリーケースを引っ張って歩くのはキツイと思います。(私はバックパックでしたので大丈夫でしたが）。 立地は、結構奥まった静かなところにありますので、ある程度の荷物がある普通の方は、タクシーで行くことをオススメします。 もっとゆっくり、あとせめて1泊はしたかったです。

This place is all about being in a quiet part of the lake... steps away from a lot of parks. There are convenience shops and restaurants nearby. The traffic around the lake is awful, so keep that in mind. Also, while we loved this place, the walls are paper-thin (although when I complained, the person next door turned down the tv at midnight). You might want to wait a few months due to 2 noisy construction jobs directly across the street. The staff was helpful and nice.

Room is very convenience, warm floor by heater, electronic closet. Good and friendly staff. Two stairs, traditional design, no elevator. Location is quite far from check, there are a bit local mini mart and some restaurant. Food is good.

Great location, near xihu (west lake), bus stop in front of the hotel. But a bit far from longxiangqiao. The staff were very helpfull and friendly, and they can speak a bit of english. Breakfast average. The cleaning service were very helpfull toward us. Its a hotel with long history, but still well kept. But the wall a bit thin. So we can hear noises around from our room.

Staff is friendly and assist to help us call for cab when we have 2 huge luggage. Location wise, bus stop is just outside the hotel heading to west lake. The room is true to photo, not a very big room but well equipped with heater for the flooring and also toliet bowl. Great plus point when you visit during winter!

This beautiful hotel has great location which is centrally located near the Westlake and at the acient town. The room is large, well equipped and has a great view to the garden/town... The staffs are friendly and very helpful despite their not fluent English ^^ You can also rent a bike here for a lovely ride! Highly recommended!

Located in the quieter side of west lake on longjing rd (maojiabi area). We took a cab from train station because we reach in the evening and hungry! Cab cost 60yuan (SGD12). Can actually reach by train no 1 and change to bus 27. There are a few buses stop in front of the hotel to go to various different tourist attractions. Near the entrance, they provide map and bus guide or you can always ask the receptionist, they are helpful. Room itself is spacious, some come with a small balcony with seats facing in the garden. Beautiful!! Laundry machine is available for a fee with detergent provided. Breakfast selection is quite limited but acceptable. They provide free tea break (no cakes or icecream like it said) at the cafe in the afternoon. Bicyles are available for rent, 10yuan per hr. Lake is just behind, you can walk to the more tourist area via the walk path, beautiful beautiful. I love this boutique hotel and definitely recommend to everyone to stay here!

Sound proof was very poor. We spent two days there and did not really get any good sleep. The facilities are fair but the service was very poor, to be honest. Location is an advantage.
