“スタッフの対応がよかった”

宿泊前に、桂林観光のことでいろいろ問い合わせをし、かなりわがままなお願いもしましたが、 親切に対応して頂きました。 特におそらく直接やりとりしたであろう旅行部門の女性スタッフは、私のことを覚えていてくれて、 滞在中、いろいろ気にかけてくれました（それが仕事だと言われればそれまでですが、一般の中国のサービスレベルと比べればかなり上のレベルです）。 部屋は可もなく不可もなく、のレベルですが、ほぼ観光で外に出ていたので、問題ありませんでした。 ただ、室内に冷蔵庫がなく、外で購入したビールを常温で飲まなくてはいけなかったのが、ちょっと残念でした。 それ以外では不満はありません。

“値段以上の価値”

良い点：桂林の市街の真ん中に位置し、非常に便利。１階の旅行会社はとても親切で旅行を予約するのに便利。 悪い点：日本語はもちろん英語もほとんど通じない。中国語が全くできないとつらいかも。

staff becaful, you pay by agoda , but you have to deposit 400 yuan for the key . then when you check out, they give you back only half 200 yuan, saying that you did not pay by agoda and you have to pay the room. don't stay there , the reception are very bad, two girls, robbers , try to keep 200 yuan in there pocket. never back there

“bad smell room, unfriendly staffs”

The room is quite big but no ventilation. The room smells bad! Somebody has just smoked in the room. The staffs should give warning and strictly rules about NO smoking in the room because it will give unconfort for the non-smoking customer after the smoking customers left the room. The staffs are also unfriendly and they don't even speak a single word in English! So, the communication is very difficult. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody else!

I only stay one night here. This is bad hotel. The staffs are unfriendly and they could not even speak an single English word! Too bad for the staffs in hotel. The standard requirement for all hotel staff is basic English, I think. I found in website that there is an airport transfer from hotel to airport and I booked this hotel because I NEED the airport transfer (my flight is in early morning). But the hotel staff charged me MORE than it should be (stated in the website) because they said they need to hire a car for me (so I assumed it is NOT the facility of the hotel like it is stated in the website). I WILL NEVER STAY IN THIS HOTEL AGAIN!!!

The hotel offers airport pick-up, which saves you from a lot of trouble in a city you haven't been before. They also help organising various tours around the city as long as you speak some basic chinese to be able to communicate with their tour desk. Definately skip the breakfast, it's terrible. Nothing to eat - and i have been to quite a lot of chinese hotels with only chinese breakfast - no coffee, not even tea! The condition of the rooms is acceptable, they are big enough for 3 people but they don't have a river view as advertised as the view is blocked by a huge sign. However, they even brought an extra thin matress to make the bed more comfortable without us asking for it!

“High quality”

They always had a smile when I went to reception, despite the fact that my chinese is *extremely* limited : they always managed to find someone who could communicate in english with me, never got impatient. They really did all they could to find me an internet cabled room. The rooms are super clean and comfortable. Sure to return to this hotel.

the location of this hotel quite convinient for you to walk around, just across the river, 10 min walk to the bus station, there' a night market every weekend, lots of restaurant nearby, but not many of the staff can speak english.

Airconditioning was spoilt. they did not inform us. did not provide fans at our request, quite an uncomfortable stay.

We have stayed a few times at the Guilin Zhongshan Hotel and we will stay again. It is a great hotel, fantastic position, clean, frendly staff. Like most hotels in China the beds are hard. “Lovely hotel”

This hotel is clean, great positon, large rooms some with views of the river. Close to tourist attractions. I would recommend this hotel and would stay again.

“Large, Warm, and Comfortable Room”

I really enjoyed this hotel. It was large, warm and comfortable. It was also in the perfect location. You could walk to many things. Food and shopping all around as well as a great view of the river.

the hotel was in a good location. the bedroom was enormous as was he bathroom. the only downer was that there was no baby cot available.

i) not recommend to stay at this hotel. ii) Do not take any mineral water in room, cause is cost 8 yuan per botol. iii)the bed is too hard. feel like sleeping on a wooden board. iv) aircond is not functioning. room very hot.

“great location, big room”

the hotel is pretty oldfashioned, but the room was big with a great view to the river and mountains (we had a room on the 9th floor). it's centrally located on the main avenue and we walked through all the main city attractions during the day and had a great night walk in the seven stars park during the night - it's just across the street. the stuff is friendly, but not all speak english.
