朝食はまあまあで、全体的に良い宿泊場所でした。スタッフも親切でした。駐車場に制限があり、別の場所に駐車してホテルまで歩かなければなりませんでした。

とても清潔でアップグレードされた部屋が3階にありました（2022年10月）。スタッフはとても礼儀正しく、親切でした。私たちのグループはここに再び滞在する予定です。

Facility felt run down and dated. Bathroom had mold all throughout the shower. Common areas were dirty. Elevator broken all weekend.

This little hotel tries very hard and has been nicely renovated. The staff are great! The one huge detractor is that our room smelled overpoweringly musty. Despite the admirable effort to renovate, the room walls smelled of years of smoke that was deeply imbedded. It made it very difficult to enjoy our two nights in Orillia (visiting friends and celebrating my birthday). My husband was coughing at night. It was our first stay after having stayed at another hotel in the past. I’m so sorry to have to be so honest. I’m not sure what can be done about this issue.

Fantastic location and wonderful staff with a delicious breakfast. The rooms are small because it is an old building. The finishes and furnishings are very nice. Facilities only got a 4 because there is no elevator. There are lots of restaurants and shops close by. They are planning to install an elevator.

We only stayed one night but enjoyed our stay. Rooms are smaller than we are used to but did the trick and were very clean.

Room was lovely. Very clean. Bed & pillows very comfortable. Room was very, very small. Parking was terrible. A larger room would be much better.

No Elevator, so a bit of pain with suitcases. Also the window was directly facing the street and it was very noisy early in the AM. Not recommended if you want to relax a bit prior to a long day.

Our group of four (two rooms) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Champlain Waterfront Hotel. We received a very warm welcome from Sandra at check in. She also provided an informative history of the building, and recently-completed renovations, and a small tour of the premises. Our rooms were modern, comfortable and well-equipped. The buffet breakfast the next morning was tasty, with a nice buffet selection - and their coffee was good! The Champlain's staff were friendly and couldn't do enough for us, we thank them for their hospitality. We're looking forward to our next Orillia visit and to staying at Champlain Waterfront Hotel.

“素晴らしい体験”
全体的な体験は素晴らしく、何の問題もありませんでした。しかし、私が直面した問題は、Agodaのウェブサイトには記載されていなかった保証金を支払わなければならなかったことです。スタッフは親切でしたが、システムには非接触型またはモバイル決済オプションを備えておくべきでした。物理的なカードを持ち歩くことができない人もいるためです。
