Tho staff is professional and friendly the infrastructure rest point to my overall experience 1. Room smelled like mold carpet hasn't been steam clean in decades they are probably as old as the building and neglected ever since they opened doors to public 2.Visible water damaged can be seen on the ceiling hence the smell of the room 3. Drywall sheets on the wall are separating and peeling off instead of making a thorough repair they used tape and staples to hold it in place. 4. The complimentary breakfast should be avoided at all cost unless you wanna visit the toilet many times throughout the day muffins that are not eaten are stored God knows where and serve the next morning not to mention the 3 cartons of milk 1 litre each offered for all the people staying at the hotel.

Rooms are not very clean. Towels are not neatly folded. I got the impression they spent a few minutes getting the room ready for the next guest. I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

That room needs to repair bathroom faucet and knobs of faucet ( tabs fell off ).

The lobby was obviously renovated to give the guests a good first impression however impression quickly changed when you arrived in your room. My husband left his clothes on and slept on top of the sheets. If we had not drove 7 hours that day to take our daughter to University we probably would not have stayed.

Located next to nude bar and not best in London. Don't get fooled by Economic Lodge badge. This place was always a dive. Recently they have used some known labels like Super 8 and Econo Lodge. Pay extra 10 bucks and go closer to 401 where there modern hotels.

Old milk in the fridge and stained towels is what we had the pleasure of walking into.. I was disgusted at the lack of care the staff clearly have when cleaning the rooms. How do you miss a carton of milk in the fridge? Very disappointed, grossed out and will not be returning.
