High floor that I requested. Staffs are friendly. Swimming pool is good for kids. Also, water therapy and sauna are good for family.

This hotel is conveniently located. Right across the river in front of Parliament Hill. Public transportation right outside the hotel. A short walk to downtown Gatineau, Hull. The facilities are spotless, but no housekeeping staff on Sundays. You can customize your stay to have breakfast included. The breakfast buffet is very satisfying and you can find all your favourites on their menu. Very reasonable prices too. I will definitely come back. I was on business trip this time. No much time to enjoy thus beautiful cities.

Check in was smooth and arrangements for car parking was painlessly. I like my room . It was spacious and the sheets were clean and crisp . There were enough pillows to spoil me . The bathroom needs upgrading , though. There were no railing or hooks to hang clothes or towels . The chambermaid forgot to clean the room the next day . After almost an hour and three phone calls, housekeeping staff finally turned up . It was frustrating . Breakfast room was managed by grumpy staff too . In short , Hotel and amenities were good but service was a letdown

Je recommande vivement cet hôtel, autant pour l’accueil expérimenté et chaleureux par un jeune personnel à la réception et à la salle à manger. Expérience des plus agréable par un souci de petits détails. Chambre avec vue imprenable sur la rivière Outaouais et de la rive de Ottawa. De plus à quelques pas du Vieux-Hull pour dénicher un café ou resto à proximité.

Moi je suis venu ici avec ma soeur et ma nièce, ma nièce se fesait une joie car elle voulait se baigner et a notre grand regret la piscine était en rénovation donc ma nièce qui est autiste na pa pu se baigner et on a eu le droit a une crise mais le reste était parfait merci et j’aimerais souligner la gentillesse de la jeune fille Ashley pour son sourire et ́a façon dont elle discute et prend le temps de bien nous servir .Merci a elle Ashley. Vous devriez l'inscrire sur le site .

L'endroit est passablement propre, aurait besoin d'un peu d'amour, la chambre était propre, les lits moyennement confortable, devrait offrir des lits plus grand, si on ne loue pas une chambre avec lits King on à le choix de deux lits double, trop petit de nos jours ça devrait plus se faire dans ce genre d'hôtels. L'accueil correcte, au niveau de la courtoisie et politesse, mais les employées ne sembles pas au courant de leur politique de réservation à travers "Agoda ou booking" me disant que c'est eux qui me facturerait, pourtant j'avais un document (confirmation de ma réservation) qui précisait que c'était l'établissement qui me facturait et non "booking". Ils ont voulue me charger 40$ de plus que le prix que j'avais de confirmé sur ma réservation, en essayant de me faire croire que c'était pas en argent canadien, c'était bien clair sur ma réservation que c'était en cad. Le restaurant de l'hôtel est pourrie en ce qui concerne le souper. Le déjeuner était bon. J'irai ailleurs.
