スタッフがとにかく素晴らしかった、空港送迎もありがたかったです サンライズのアンコールワットツアーは、多少高くともこのホテルで申し込んで良かったです 最終日、出発が16時30分だったのでレイトチェックアウトをお願いすると、ノーチャージで了承してくれとても助かった 街までは無料の送迎があるので、そんなにアクセスは困らないかと思うが、周囲にはなにもない

場所は、オールドマーケットから少し離れてはいるものの、空港からの送迎や市内への送迎も無料でしてくれるので、ほとんど不便はありません。 スタッフがとてもフレンドリーで、とても居心地が良かったです。この金額でこの広さのホテルに泊まれるのはすごいなと思いました。 アンコールワットを見ること以外はノープランだったのですが、ツアーの提案や手配もすぐにしてくれて、楽しめました。オーナーの人柄も良く、オーナーに会いにリピートする人もいるそうです！オススメ！！

中心部からは、少し離れていますがホテルのトゥクトゥクでの送迎があり、問題ありません。 押し売り的な、サービスはなく自然体で心温まる必要な時に、必要なサービスがとても心地よかったです。 オーナーを始め全てのスタッフがの笑顔が絶えず 滞在中は、とってもリラックス出来ました。 ホテルのツアーは、申し訳ない位ぐらいに安くて 驚きました。 帰りの空港送迎の際少し時間があり、レントランに行きたいとリクエストさせて貰ったら、嘘みた いにリーズナブルでとっても素敵なレストランに案内していただきました。 こんなに、アットホームで温かいホテルは 初めてでした。 また、カンボジアに行く時は間違いなく泊まりたいと思います。 ありがとうございました。

Stayed for 6 nights 7 days. Vin and the rest of his staff are amazing and friendly. I actually reached out to Vin before coming there because I was planning on proposing to my girlfriend (now fiancé). I was thinking of doing one of the temples at sunset, he suggested a mountain nearby that was more quite. Vin and his staff took care of everything from tours and airport pick up and drop off to the proposal and it was beautiful. The food there at the accommodations at the hotel were excellent as well. I can not say enough about our stay there and Vin is the perfect host and so is the rest of his staff. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Angkor Wat this is it. Till we meet again, thank you Vin for a week that is near and dear to hearts and will never be forgotten.

The staff here were all super friendly and considerate. They always have a big smile on their faces. We enjoyed a lot chatting with them, its a plus in the trip. Vin and his team always tried to make the best for our trip. Although the location of the hotel is a little rural and distanced from the busy night market, the 2- way drive from city to hotel makes everything more convenient. The hotel looks fab and it truly a perfect escape from the business.. The room is spacious, clean and have everything you will need. We encountered a few power shortages in the afternoon but the power immediately came back on within a minute (i heard its very normal in siem reap and its great that they have the power back so quickly.) Overall i would like to give 10/10! Fabulous hotel, fabulous people!

What a gem! Never seen such a great quality of service. Vin and his team are really here to make sure you will enjoy every minute of your stay: breakfast table set in the beautiful garden, taxi drop off downtown for you to enjoy the city, with a phone to ring them when you want to come back, late check out. A real THANK YOU to the whole team for taking such a good care of us! And the place is beautiful, perfect for a rest after discovering the beauties of the temples

I stayed there 2 times and plan to go back soon. The room is big, interior is very nice, all room has their own private entrance and balcony. My family loves that a lot, if we go to Siem Reap again, we definitely just stay in this hotel. The staff are very very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is delicious and everything in the hotel are clean and well kept. The only comment is parking is outside the hotel premise, I don't have any problem parking my car as the road is very very quiet, almost no body pass by. The security in the area is very good also. At first i was worried about this, but when we stayed there, it's quite safe for our car. I stayed there around 2-3 nights each times we went.

Our stay was enjoyable and worry free from the moment we were picked up at the airport. The staff were unfailingly kind, friendly and helpful. The place is a beautiful little hotel tucked away from the hustle and bustle. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. If I'm ever back in town this will be my go to without a doubt.

Ung-D Hotel is an excellent hotel at Siem Reap. The services are wonderful, the staff are very nice and enthusiasm to us. Their boss, Vin, is a cheerful and helpful person, who has introduced Siem Reap to us, recommended us with different yummy restaurants, and help to solve with your problems. The price of this hotel is reasonable, together with beautiful hotel rooms, comfortable garden with swimming pool, great support with all the in and out traffic, and their breakfast and lunch do taste very good. We do highly recommend you with Ung-D Hotel if you visit Siem Reap in the coming future. =)

If you want something special during your trip to Siem Reap then I highly recommend this place. The staff is amazing, the food and great, the rooms are fantastic and the small unique relaxing vibe you get will be hard to find anywhere else.

Ungd is a beautiful place .The staffs are so nice and kind. Very welcoming. The room was big and the bathroom has everything (hot shower,bathtub etc).. the pool was beautiful. So relaxing and we really enjoyed the place. We love everything about this place. And the owner, Mr Vin, was so kind, nicest guy and generous to let us check out late (no extra charge) and he drove us to the airport himself. The hotel is a little far (well,not really) from downtown but they provide free tuktuk/transport before 10pm. Everything about this place is perfect. If you visit siem reap, stay in undg angkor suite. You will not regret it. We'll come back soon. xo

I usually don't write review as I am a busy traveller, except for polar extremes - either really good or bad one. This place builds an example of service for hospitality, fulfills a genuine owner's dream of designing, building, and caring for his only property, and bonds others - the team and the guests - on humanity and beautiful, simple things. I came to Siem Reap to visit temples as most of us, but this one offers more, a real heartfelt experience. So yes, this goes to The Good Place list, and I support as I care that places such like this exist!

Big, cozy, quiet and clean room. Flexibility on check out time. Good coffee, breakfast and food prepared by the chef are delicious and like the presentation of the food. Vin and his team are very friendly and helpful. Spa is good. Provide free transport to and fro to town. I will definitely stay again if I visit Siem Reap

I stayed this place for four nights. And I can recommend the hotel to anyone. The room is spacious and clean as presented. Staff are very kind and helpful. Also the food its restaurant serves is just excellent. In Addison to breakfast, I had dinner two times at the restaurant. Its location is far away from downtown, but the dropoff and pickup service is always available. Highly recommended.

I loved this small boutique hotel set back away from the hustle and bustle of the downtown area. It was a serene retreat from the heat and dust of Siem Reap, and the staff was so helpful. My room was huge, very clean, and has the most comfortable bed to date travelling Southeast Asia. I was travelling alone and felt very safe here, and the free shuttle down to the downtown area for a little shopping and nightlife was perfect. They provided me a small cell phone to call when I was ready to come back. Pick up and drop off at the airport was included and the pool was a must in the heat!!! The owner greeted me when I arrived and took me to the airport when I left - he is so generous and friendly, and gives back to his community. I would come back here in a heartbeat and highly recommend it!!

The location of the suite is not in downtown but they do provide the free transfer, which you don’t need to care about the location problem. The owner and staffs of the suite are super nice! They provide super nice service and sincerely. This suite is highly recommended and won’t let you down.

“スタッフがとっても親切”
新しいホテルなので現地のtuk-tukの方が場所が分からなかったり、ホテルの周りがガタガタ道だったりは想定済みでした。ツーベッドスイートでこの価格なら大満足です。 スタッフの方は、こちらのおぼつかない英語に対していつもにこやかな笑顔で対応してくださり感謝です。 カンボジアに旅行に行く際には、また利用したいと思います。
