みんな若いスタッフで、とても愛想もよく本当に親切にして貰いました！ ウェルカムドリンクとお菓子がめちゃくちゃ美味しかったです。朝食もボリュームがあり、料金以上のサービスだと思います。

繁華街に近く、食事，買い物は便利。スタッフも親切，丁寧な対応。ただし小規模で、設備は何も無く、それ以上の付加価値は無いので、ファミリーユースでは、辛いかも。エレベーターも無く、4階以上は厳しい。近くに屋台やナイトパブもあるが、特にうるさいと、いう事も無かった。

こんなにスタッフみんながニコニコ親切なホテルもない、という程みんな笑顔で迎えてくれて、助けてくれます。特に、空港送迎から遺跡巡りに付き合ってくれてトゥクトゥクドライバーMr.Neth! thank you!! とても穏やかで親切な方で、癒されながらのんびり遺跡巡りを楽しめました。次回もまたお願いしたいです。パブストリートもコンビニもすぐ隣で立地も最高です。

女性一人旅なので、オールドマーケットやパブストリートから安全に帰れる徒歩圏内であることをポイントに選びました。とにかくスタッフが素晴らしく、遺跡巡りのアレンジの相談に細やかにのってくれました。また、ホテルにお願いしたドライバー(車、トゥクトゥク）はみな親切で安心できました。 朝ごはんもとってもおいしかったです。

本当に素晴らしいホテルでした。スタッフ全ての方の接客・対応が良く、心地良く感動しました。特に、Mr. handsomeのクリストファーさんには、日本出発前からメールでプランの相談に何度も乗って頂き、本当に感謝しています。最終日もおすすめ頂いた所が素晴らしかったです。トゥクトゥクドライバーのティーさんも最高でした。優しく色々と気遣ってくれて、3日間ティーさんと一緒で本当に良かったです。アンコールワットの日の出鑑賞の際も、ホテルの方が朝食をお弁当にして持たせてくれました。アンコールワットを見ながら食べるお弁当は格別で、隣の東京から来たという女性に「いいホテルだねー」と羨ましがられました。ただ一つ残念だったのは、Suite Roomの露天風呂の場所が最上階とはいえ誰でも入って来れる場所にあったので、結局一度も利用しませんでした。一つ鍵が付いてればいいと思いました。とにかく、宿泊を考えている方にはおすすめのホテルです。旅行が何倍も素晴らしいものになりました。

オールドマーケットまで徒歩2分。街でゴハンを食べたり呑んだりマーケットで買い物したりを毎日する予定の方には最高の立地です。 （アンコールワット観光の方がメインで考えている方、連日アンコールワットへ通う予定の方にはもう少しアンコールワットに近いホテルの方が便利かもしれません。1920からアンコールまではトゥクトゥクで20分ほどかかりました。） ホテル自体は小ぶりで豪華さはありまりません。お部屋のベッドもキングサイズではなく小さめでしたが（プレミアダブルを利用）、とにかく立地がいいこと、スタッフが終始感じがいいこと、朝ごはんも美味しく充実していること（ブッフェではなく前日に4種類から選びます。）、建物も新しくオシャレな外装であること、等からとてもいいホテルだったと思います。 パブストリートから近いので夜間うるさいかな？と少し心配して行きましたが、窓さえ開けなければ騒音も気になりませんでした。 シャワーブースも使いやすかったです。 誰かに教えてあげたいくらいおすすめです。

まだ新しくオシャレで綺麗なホテルでした。朝ごはんも３種類から選べ普通に美味しく１階のテラスで食べられます。（指定した時間に部屋に運んで来てもらう事も出来ました）シャワーの出も問題無く良かったです。 立地も良く、オールドマーケットやパブストリートなども歩いて３～５分くらいで歩いて行けるのでとても便利です。日本語は通じませんがスタッフの皆さんの対応はいつも笑顔でとても良かったです。 余談ですが。 シェムリアップ空港からホテルまで乗ったエアポートタクシーの運転手さんとアンコールワットなどの遺跡を巡ってもらう１日チャーター（先に半額払い当日残りの半額）の約束をしたのですが、当日約束の時間を過ぎ１時間待っても全くホテルに迎えに来てくれず、海外だからこんな事もあるかと思いながら約束を諦めホテルでツアーの予約を入れてアンコールワットに向かう事にしました。３０分程でホテルツアーの運転手さんが迎えに来てくれ、走る事２０分が過ぎた頃運転手さんの携帯にホテルから電話が有り何か揉めているような感じで私に電話を替わってほしいとの事、英語があまり出来ない私でしたが多分エアポートタクシーの運転手さんが今ホテルに迎えに来ていると言っているのだという事は何となくわかりましたが、これからどうしたいのか伝えられず困っていると、ホテルの女性スタッフが気をきかせてくれ、ツアーをキャンセルして今私たちの居る所まで態々エアポートのタクシーの運転手さんを迎えによこして頂き、おかげでとても助かりました。そのままツアーを続行した方がホテルの為には良いと思いますが、困っている宿泊者の事を優先してくれました。迎えに来てくれたエアポートタクシーの人に何で約束の時間に迎えに来てくれなかったのかと言うとどうも話がかみ合わずおかしいなと思っていると、私が時計を現地時間に合わせるのを忘れていた事に気ずき、大変申し訳ない気持ちになりました。 こちらのミスでも快く対応してくれるスタッフの居るホテルでした。

朝食は全部で4種類。部屋でも食べられます。４日間いたので、毎日違うものをいただきました。ナンバー1は、カンボジア焼きそば。 ホテルもお部屋も写真通りスタイリッシュで、清潔でした。細かく説明をしてくれるスタッフも最高でした。日本人にも納得のいくホテルです。 すぐとなりにあるお寺から、大音量のお経が聞こえてきました。騒音だと感じる方もあるかも。しかし、ここはカンボジア。仏教国であることを実感できるいい機会なのでは。

This was our first time to Cambodia with our 2 kids (ages 5 and 10) and the 1920 hotel was the perfect choice. The staff was so helpful, location close to everything, the beds were so comfy. If I could give more stars on the review I would!

Highly recommended, we loved our stay here. I loved the hotel's charm, clean and comfy rooms, staff were super nice and attended to all our needs and requests. They booked us an awesome tour guide and private car. Location is also convenient, its a short walk night market and pub street but located in a quiet area.

The hotel is located just off the busy center of the town so that a host of restaurants, bars and cafes can be reached conveniently by foot without being exposed to the noise of Pub Road to much. The hotel has a cozy feel and staff is very helpful. A recommendation. Just one warning: The hotel does not have a lift, so you may have some stair climbing to do.

The hotel is definitely one of best hotels I have ever stayed. The location is great. In the heart of the city. Very clean and nicely decorated. The breakfast is great, there are many options. Staff is very nice and helpful. Especially Mis Lin is great. She is very kind and helpful. She is interested in everything you need and always smiling. She takes care of everything. 1920 hotel and the staff are definitely my favourite in Cambodia.

Location is near arts night market and pub street, both within walking distance. Room is big and clean, however there is no lift in the hotel. Service from the hotel staff were good, however most of them do not speak English.

Excellent small Boutique style hotel just a short (5 minutes) walk from the lively part of Seam Reap. Staff were excellent. Great reception on arrival, knowledgeable, and recommendations for restaurants and things to do were great. Special mention for Liza, she was really on the ball, nothing was to difficult for her and her suggestions and advice on the tours, Airport pick up etc was spot on. Really helpful. Thank you all.

All the staffs are very polite and friendly, breakfast always ready for you when you let them know your schedule and a big portion for more than 1 person can finish. The area of this hotel is close to the market and pub street by minute walked, if you like to explore the local this place might be a good choice to you.

The staff at this hotel provides exceptional service. They are attentive to guest needs & very courteous. Credit goes especially to Ms.Liza (General Manager), Ms.Yang Srey Nich, Mr. San & Vireak for making our stay a memorable one. Not forgetting the breakfast was excellent and is always accompanied with a cheerful smile by the server which starts our day right. This hotel is definitely high on our list when we return to Angkor. Kudos to all of the abovementioned personnel for their dedication & passion towards their respective jobs.

This boutique hotel is a great find. The aesthetics of the hotel, the excellent staff and great service makes it a great choice. The staff is attentive and eager to assist. They packed breakfast for our sunrise trip to Angkor Wat. Their homemade mango jam is delicious. Would not hesitate booking them again.

Was impressed by cleanliness of place and it’s situation it was handy for everything. The driver they got to take to Angkor was fantastic. Only criticism I have was we thought we were to be collected at airport but due to communication problem we weren’t. I had hoped for s free transfer to airport on return home flight but manager refused . This did not affect our thoughts on hotel , lovely room , can be a wee bit noisy when guests go up and down stairs but staff are excellent, food great and overall appearance ofhotel good . Only criticism is the transfer but such is life .

Lovely rooms with gorgeous bathrooms. The staff went out of their way to decorate each bed to symbolise a special birthday celebration we were there for. Location is superb and wonderfully quiet considering it’s steps away from Pub Street.

we received a very warm welcome when checkin! Tuktuk was arranged at airport to pick us up, with welcome drinks and cold towels to refresh. Breakfast is simply fantastic! After breakfast I changed my mind that want to take away the coffee, so I asked the staff to pour the coffee into a paper cup, but they instantly made me another cup of coffee! Another night I was asking for sewing kit, because the clothes are with bad quality from the old market, they specially went out to buy sewing materials for me. I was deeply touched! the rooms are nice and quiet, well equipped. Hotel design is fantastic. I really miss the staff there, even better than those in 5 star hotels.

I stayed at 1920 almost two months ago - and I have been meaning to write this review for that long (while being distracted with constant travels). I think that means the 1920 Hotel is so nice, and the people there are so friendly and helpful, that the experience stays fresh in my thoughts. :-) I would highly recommend this hotel for any type of travel. Special thanks to the staff for taking good care of me and my wife, and making us feel at home.

Nice place, though a bit pretentious. NOT guest friendly...OK, but do guests really need to be reminded not to engage in child trafficking? Because bad people like boutique hotels? Didn’t bother with having to fill out my breakfast request card and turn it in before 8pm the night before, and indicate the time I want it. Why come to Cambodia to eat fried eggs, when there is so much other great food available, and whenever you want it. Nice staff.

This is a smaller hotel (10 rooms I think) so it stood out for the service offered by the staff there. We had room 1 which was very convenient as it was on the ground floor and the room was spotless. Well recommended.

1920 Hotel is located in a strategic location where is walking distance (less than 5mins) from Pub Street and Night Market. The staff here is very polite and helpful and the environment is very good which make me feel very comfortable.

room is clean and cozy. the hotel is located near the pub street so it was easy to walk for sightseeing. Staffs are very helpful and proactively tries to help you. willing to stay again for next trip in Siem reap!

This hotel is new and very nicely designed. The staff are very nice, attentive and helpful. If you want affordable high quality, it is not cheap, but it is good value for the price.

hotel was in a good locAtion. the room With private jacuzzi is highly recommended. could have been better if there wAs a lift.

I booked this hotel while traveling with a friend to Siem Reap. I was really surprised with the hip decor, relaxed vibe, and helpful staff. The location is perfect: right near Pub Street and other attractions, but just a block or so away and around a corner, so you're away from the noise and the crowds. I'll stay here again for sure.

One of the best hotels I've stayed in. Perfect location - lots of food options around, 3 minutes walking distance to Pub street. Entire hotel is nicely decorated and rooms are spacious, very well-kept and clean. Breakfast is served on request - you choose time and select one of their options - American, continental or Asian. I have tried only first two options and they were both tasty. Portions are just huuuuge, and when you think you're done, they serve you fresh fruits :) Special thanks to the staff - you're doing great job guys! They were super friendly, helpful, attentive and make sure you feel like at home. Their driver, Mr. Kong, who is by the way very nice and chatty person, picked me up from the airport, and then drove around temples for another 3 days. He always provided a stock of ice-cold mineral water to help you cope with the heat. Once again, thanks for a great stay!

Excellent boutique hotel with a fantastic sense of welcome from the hotel manager. Very well located, with a hip design and very good value for money. Highly recommended!

Location wise, the hotel is located in the heart of old market. It’s 2 minute walk from pub street and very close to famous restaurants so it’s very convenient. Staffs are kind and would go out of their way to help you. Our flight back home is at 10 pm and staffs let us do late check-out for free. The room is very well designed and decorated. There are 4 electric outlets right next to the bed and more outlets behind TV screen.

Lovely hotel in the heart of Siem Reap. Rooms are huge and beautifully furnished with attention to detail. The only problem was that our room was looking out onto the interior lobby of the hotel and it was very noisy. We could hear all the conversations, children screaming, phones ringing, etc. even in the middle of the night. We did not like the breakfast.

Great wee hotel near pub street and river. Had a suite which was spacious and comfortable. Also had an outdoor bath tub to cool down in. Great place, comfy firm bed. Good pillows. Nespresso machine in room.

This hotel is ultra beautiful, simple and cozy. The staff was above and beyond. Great and young staff. The location is perfect, you have many good restaurants close by. You are one block from the OLD market. The rooms are very comfortable and beds are amazing for a good sleep. If I come back some day, I will definetly stay here again.

Awesome hotel. Beautifully designed with lovely new rooms and unique tiling. Very professional approach and management. Lovely breakfast. Awesome location. We paid £60 for the suite and it was probably the best value hotel I've ever stayed.
